Managerial Accounting

This book certainly meets meet my expectation and beyond. I have little experience in corporate finance, but I work as a manager. I signed up for the Management Accounting class with very low expectation of learning much, but once I read this book, I feel like to can jump on the band-wagon and start working in finance.

I bought this book for my managerial accounting course and it's fantastic. It has clear presentation, easy language( I'm not a native English speaker) and full of illustrations though it needs more of solved examples for self assessment purposes.

ALMOST the exact same as most current version! I bought this book for my accounting class for a fraction of the price of the required (most current) version. We followed along in the book for class and were required to get study material from the book, and I had no issues with either. I frequently compared my book to my classmate's newer editions and the books are essentially identical/word for word. The only difference was in page numbers and some of the numbers in the examples and homework problems. For example a question in the new addition would be: "If Johnny had 5 apples and ate 3 how many are left?" and in the older version it would be: "If Johnny had 4 apples and ate 2 how many are left?" they were the same question, and you use the same path to get the answer, but the numbers were different. This caused an issue with some of the homework that I had to turn in, because my answers would not match up with those of the current version. But if you have a classmate that wouldn't mind letting you check your numbers the rest of the book is identical to the current edition! Very satisfied with my purchase!

Very well written book with good real world examples to explain the concepts. The text is actually a joy to read.

Textbook for graduate Managerial Accounting. I liked how the book was laid out and the information was easy to read. Some ways to solve problems were easier and some were more confusing. In companion to this, we had videos to watch and the videos were more helpful than the textbook. Not my favorite textbook for one of my graduate classes.

It comes very handy. Better than the hard copy. I can even see it on my laptop a d my desktop.

many pages were double printed can't read them properly

Only reason why I hate this is because today I go to read chapter 13 and 14 of the book for class and only notice these 2 chapters are missing. Now I know that when I purchase a text book to double check all chapters are there. Waste of money since I can't return it now

Print quality is pathetic and on top of that entire chapter 13 and 14 are missing!Very cleverly they have mentioned it under content, but when you will look for those chapters, it's not there.
