NOW Foods Supplements, Liquid D-3 & MK-7 with 2,500 IU Vitamin D-3 & 100 mcg Vitamin K-2 per 5 drops, 1-Ounce

I chose this version of the D3 plus K specifically because it didn’t have a bunch of chunky fillers. The drops come out very slow but it’s such an easy supplement to take. I have purchased other *NOW products and have always been impressed with the quality.

I like this product because I have spent lots of dollars trying to find a vitamin D3 product that doesn’t upset my stomach. The Now Liposomal spray was also agreeable but haven’t been able to find it since Covid began.The taste has a hint of mint and it dispenses fine for me. Hold the bottle straight up. It’s slow but works.

Help with vitamin d

The taste is fine, but it is nearly impossible to dose correctly as the drops come out too fast.

Does not come out easily. I must forcibly shake it into my hand to get one drop out. But I do highly trust the quality and integrity of this brand.

Identical (bottle size, euro-dropper) to VitaminD drops sold by pharma companies in Europe in 1980'. Noticeable effect with 2,500 IU. European dropper drops 1 drop every 1-2 seconds. Easy to drop directly into mouth, or on food. Great for careful dosing. Small, easy to carry.

But it turns out the flavor is peppermint oil and it's very mild and pleasant. It is hard to get out of bottle

I'm on my second bottle and it's working very well. I just had my D levels checked and my blood level was 54 ng/mL which I'm very happy with.My only negative is the euro dropper--it's slow and annoying. I dislike it so much that I emailed NOW foods begging them to Please switch to a glass dropper.
