My First and Favorite
If you're just getting start in traditional Japanese or Korean stand up, this would be a great book to add to your collectionI got this as a gift when I was about 5 or 6 years old from my cousins boyfriend and just starting out in Tae Kwon Do under Master Bak. I remember thinking it was the coolest thing I'd ever gotten. Well I grew up and lost it; So I bought it again. Looking at it, I realized that the forms taught in here apply to pretty much every traditional martial art I've ever learned. I'm currently studying Shin-kyokushin Karate and Shobukan (One of the Okinawan styles of) Karate in Japan for my stand up. And though I didn't need the book, the forms are almost identical and laid out in such a manner that they are easy to follow.

A no-nonsense book
This book is a great overview of the first ITF Taekwondo form, chon-ji. This book is a no-nonsense book, in that just facts and techniques are presented instead of endless theory. Great stuff!

ce que j'attendais
Cet exemplaire (égaré peut-être) correspond à l'édition de ceux que j'avais acheté dans les années 77-78 en Thaïlande lorsque je pratiquais encore le Tae Kwon Do.
