made in china, get what you pay for
thought steel was steel and this looked good but problem I had was assembly bolt holes didn't line up, base plate was not straight and the thing wobbles when in use.. top mounting bolt holes didn't line up on 4 out of the 8 holes. figured it out and it was because it was manufactured wrong.. prob china has some idiots that didn't measure up to the specs and drilled the holes.. had to bolt the holes that lined up and use a carbide tool to open the holes up. at least it works and don't have to figure out how to ship this heavy item back.

Photo shows it assembled wrong....
The photo on the page shows it assembled backwards (the main upright supports of the frame) vs the Torrin T52001 model ( Torin Hydraulic Shop Press - 20-Ton, Model# T52001B ) that is clearly from the same manufacturer. I guess Torrin makes it, as this (Nesco) version is a bit more expensive (shipping + cost), and Torrin clearly knows how to assemble it properly. Not an owner, just pointing this out.3 stars for neutral since I'm not rating it.
