Looks to be sturdy enough, however the wrong sized bolts were sent for the first two shelves. I'll have to take one of the cross bars to Lowes and find some that will work. Top shelf hardware is the correct size, the bottom shelves the bolts are too thin. The bolts came in two bags, and they are exactly the same diameter, so someone put a duplicate bag of in the box.You can see the size needed, got them at Lowes a dollar a piece. They are stainless 5/16.Furthermore, there was some alignment issues with one of the side bar to cross bar connection. I had to rout out the back side of the predrilled hole with a unibit. Without all these issues Id give it a 5 stars for being quite sturdy.

Love this media stand. I was mostly skeptical that this would look too utilitarian, but I was wrong! The metal bars add a nice dark color while making the stand feel very sturdy. Super easy to put together, light-weight, and looks great in our living room.Do keep in mind though, to make this piece look clean, there is a lot of cable management involved. Nothing that couldn't be solved with some patience and zip ties.

This is a beautiful stand. I am very happy with my purchase. It has a good weight to it. It shows as it's high quality. It was easy to put together, my daughter and I put it together easily. This is a lasting piece of furniture that will stay with my family for a long time.

Not worth it for the price, it arrived quickly and great packaging but the edgebanding on the boards are very poor, the metal frame is decent but as far as the boards, not worth the money.

Well made of strong materials, suits my purposes quite well (to house a few components beneath a projection screen). No problems with assembly though it does take awhile. A decent looking piece of furniture, functional and seems built to last. Worth the price IMHO.

I needed a stand that would hold my center speaker and the weight, and this is what I found. Was pretty easy to put together, didn't need two people, and definitely was easy to stand upright. Wish it was just a little wider. I would have given it four stars if there hadn't been some knicks near some of the edging, but was able to put those on the underside.

First I received wrong hardware and the bolts I needed had to be ordered. I thought surely this would fix the issue. Nope. The holes aren't drilled correctly, so even after having the correct size bolts, only about half of them will stay in because the holes are all different sizes. I wouldn't risk putting any weight on this thing.

Got it for my mom, she likes it...easy to put together.
