They stay put more than other options we have tried. However sometime they roll up when trying to put a sock over top. He doesn’t care for how they feel over the sock. It provides some extra cushion for the heel pain my son tends to have from various sports.

Inside splitting
They worked great for my son up until today when the inside rubber is splitting. It’s right down the center.

Son had heel pain due to growth spurt, also has peiziogenic pedal pauples. This worked really well to give him relief. The pads absorb odors though, and we have not found a way to fix this. Normal washing doesn't work.
