Paper Pot Maker Plus

Super little set comprising two sizes of pot maker. Very easy to make paper pots for seedlings and cuttings. Would make an ideal gift. Paper pots are great as you don't have to stress your plant by removing it to plant out. Just stick it in a hole and let it disintegrate.I had an old roll of lining wallpaper which is ideal and makes hundreds of rugged little pots. As your pot is made of paper it is easy for it to dry out too fast, so the ideal method is to sit your pots in a plastic tray with a few millimetres of water in it. This is perfect for your little green critters as the paper pot wicks moisture from the tray and keeps the whole pot and seedling/plant moist and growing well. Full instructions are included although it is just so easy to use. Would be great fun for children to help out. Very pleased with mine. The pots it makes are 50mm high by 35mm wide for small seedling one and 70mm high and 60mm wide for the larger one. Of course it is easy to make them slightly taller if you wish. Very pleased with this set.

This is a really good product. Don't expect perfection but the pots you make will be able to take compost and do away with plastic for most plants. I had one before which I had mislaid and after trying to transplant some radishes from plastic pots I decided I needed to get one of these again. So after sowing seeds into the newspaper pots made from this device I was able to put them intact straight into the soil, recycling the paper and getting perfect seedlings with no losses! The newspaper is free. You can make them whilst watching TV or listening to Mozart or the Beatles.

Great product, easy to use, when you know how. Would've got 5 stars if the instructions had been clearer, had to look on YouTube how to do it.

Really useful and money saving product. Its easy to use and well made. Comes with two sizes to make easy and quick paper pots.. This is a excellent product to invest in if your a gardener . l found l was paying a fortune buying pots to replant up my seedlings from the greenhouse and decided to buy and try out this product. I'm always looking for ways to recycle and this is perfect for our old newspapers. l worked out that in one month this product will have paid for it self from me not having to buy any more seedling pots, Perfect.

Very easy to use and it delivers what expected. I used quite fine paper and a little more thick and all the pots still were keeping a very good shape. I am so happy with this pretty item.

Getting the hang of it, having watched a couple of videos, but disappointed by the lack of any instructions, despite box stating they were inside. Still not certain what the optimal size paper pieces are for the best pots...

I bought this for my father, who is a keen gardener. He had seen a similar product on the telly, and thought that it looked interesting. He has made extensive use of it already, and has enjoyed not only using the pots made, but using the tool. It is a quality piece of workmanship, and he tells me the feel of the pot maker is very good.
