Have higher than normal blood sugar for mid 60's. Appears to be working. Following directions and also taking GlucBalance. Between the 2 reduces cravings and is gradually getting blood glucose down. You have to have SOME willpower and do some moderate exercise like walking and I have noticed between meal glucose readings down in the high 80's and low 90's. Not bad for being 115-120 between meals before starting. Have cut out most of outside sugar, bread, and garbage carbohydrates.Getting an average of 100-105 with lower , like I said, if I get some exercise in before testing.Am not a doctor and this is not medical advice.
