I bought a doorbell that needs WiFi and a smart phone working together, which is not very good for me. It causes too much hassles and takes too long to connect you to the doorbell. So, I throw it away. Since I bought this iCreation wireless video doorbell, all the issues of my previous doorbell have been resolved. The installation is easy, the sound and picture qualities are good. You can talk with the visitor remotely. Very happy that I have bought this product and highly recommend it.

PROS:• Very good and informative manual.• Basic installation quick and easy.• The picture, while not wonderful, is sufficient to identify caller.• Using with the PIR sensor turned off works well. A flashing light shows that someone has pressed the bell while you were out, and the Auto-snap feature means you have pictures of the caller.• Ease of operation.• Although there is no choice of ring tone, it does go on long enough to get to the phone, and even if you don't you still have up to 3 photos to see who it is.CONS:• Hanging the base unit on the wall was difficult because the mains lead plug projects too much. With a bit of persuasion, it can be turned sideways.• Wiring up a 12v supply to the outside unit was difficult as there is not much room between the unit and the backplate, restricting the amount of cable between them. This made it a bit awkward wiring it up.• The PIR function is largely useless, as there is a delay between activation and the taking of a picture – I have lots of photos of my empty front garden. This function is not necessary for normal operation, and I have switched it off.• The screw fixing the outside unit to its backplate is very small and easy to drop when setting up. Luckily the screwdriver provided is magnetised, but if you do lose the screw it is an M3 x 8mm Hex Pin security screw.CONCLUSIONS:Apart from the minor cons the unit works well, and I am pleased I bought it.

This is quite a big unit. Twice the size of a Ring video doorbell.My unit is 7 or 8m away the other side of a wooden gate. It doesn’t work . It works when next to base station BUT you always have to press it multiple times. AND the motion detection virtually doesn’t work sometimes it does often it doesn’t this is next to the base station . Complete waste of money

Easy to set up , you can charge the base unit up and carry it around.The bell unit outside takes 6 AA batteries , just be aware that where ever you place it , you need at least a foot and half below to enable you to get ring unit onto base via the lock screw

It works all right, but there are a few things to be noted:It has no IR night vision, only regular white LEDs. The description says it has IR LEDs, which is not true.The image resolution is also pretty bad, only 320x240, and heavily compressed as well.The connection seems to be working fine though, which is very important, and the commmunication feature works well too.The motion sensor is not the quickest, it takes a few seconds for it to turn on and start transmitting the video signal after detecting movement.

This door bell is very good,you can see who at your door and speak to them without having to open the door,The picture is very good and the sound is fine you can here what they are saying,I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who lives on there own

Works very well and reassures my elderly mother. Picture quality is reasonable but there is a lag after the camera detects movement before it takes the picture so the result picture may well be empty. Otherwise works well and has done so for the last year without issue. Depending on use the camera unit can be a bit battery hungry.

I have bought 2 of these - big mistake. The first one seemed to work fine, for a short while and did an ok job. However, it stopped working and I tried everything to fix it. I needed a replacement quickly so bought another one. This was delivered on 26 July 2020 and by 1 September 2020 had, again, stopped working. The company's return policy meant that I only had 1 month to ask for a refund (explains a lot).I have now purchased a different brand which is working perfectly. I would not recommend this product, or seller, to anyone.
