Super comfortable, work great - I suggest going down one size
After my surgery I needed these sleeves for a week. I found them to be super comfortable and convenient. Soft, with an easy-to-use pouch for the catheter bag. Getting them on and off was simple. The only thing I found is that they stretch out as you wear them over the day, and then they slide down the leg a bit. Perhaps buy one size down? Or, I ended up using a bit of tape to hold the sleeve on my leg and prevent it from moving.Bottom line: the comfort of these sleeves was outstanding, and they provided me with exactly the functionality I was looking for. Highly recommended.

Excellent product
I have tried several types of these holders since my surgery. Some have velcro which is uncomfortable on the leg. Some did not have a large enough pocket, and some were loose and slid down the leg. This is by far the best one I have used yet. At first glance they look to short for the bag and looked flimsy. However, that is not the case. The material is very comfortable and does not dig into your leg. It stretches very well over the entire thigh proving plenty of room for the bag. Best of all it stays in place and does not slide down the leg. It also came with a washing bag to keep them from damage and was cheaper for 4 than I paid for one of the other types. Great product and value!

Good Product
This product works well in holding the bag. However, after washing they lose elasticity and slip down.

Very comfortable.
This is a lot better solution than the leg bag hanging on for dear life with two straps.While hanging onto straps, as the bag gets full, it sloshes, wobbles and slowly sinks down my leg sometimes pulling my condom catheter off.This leg bag holder keeps the bag securely in place with no sloshing or wobbling.I like to wear it on my calf so I ordered the small size. It fits wonderfully.Minor problem is the bag is slightly compressed so it doesn't hold as much urine. That's OK, I just empty it when it feels full.

I found a use for these but not the intended one.
I just discovered a new use for these (see also my comment later on about how I don't like them!)I am using wide Velcro straps to secure the urine bag now. Much better than these things. HOWEVER, I do like to use these but not as intended.What I do is, AFTER I secure the bag with the Velcro straps, I put one of these sleeves OVER the bag and the valve so that it makes a smoother surface for my pants to glide over. Seriously, it's a pain to have jogging pants grab the Velcro, or to have that valve stem sticking out being noticeable through your pants. Using this thing as a sleeve, you can cover up the whole works!What follows is my original review before I discovered this novel use for these things.* * * * *Nice idea but the basic premise is that it's going to hold your bag on your leg but the bottom line is that it slips down. Not good.So you prop it up with some other type of bandage/tape/belt/velcro and you start asking yourself "what do I need this thing for?"It DOES feel comfortable on your leg but it doesn't do the whole job of holding it up. It's also a PIA to thread the stem through the hole in the bottom. And if you have a different "night bag" then you have to pull the stem back through the hole...just not worth it.

It is just as described. Holds bag in place perfectly and easy to use and launder.
Material is strechy enough to fit an adult man size thigh. It is easy to use and easy to launder. Keeps bag from moving around.

Bien, pero la S es muy pequeña
Compré esta sujeccion porque las gomas que le ponía a las bolsas de orina para sujetar a la pierna, se acababan cayendo cuando la bolsa se llenaba un poco de orina. Ahora voy más segura, la bolsa va bien sujeta y aunque se llene de orina y pese, no se cae a los pies.Lo malo es que cogí la talla S y tuve que hacerle unos cortes para que no me apretase mucho en la pantorrilla. Utilizo una talla 36, tengo la pierna delgada. En la foto aparece como que es para poner por encima de la rodilla, yo solo puedo ponérsela por debajo de la rodilla. Porque aprieta mucho.Pero en general muy bien, y si compras las bolsas de orina de la marca Ugo Leg Bag, que tienen el tubo corto, las hay de varios tamaños, y se ajuntan perfectamente a la pierna.Al día siguiente compré la talla L y para poner por encima de la rodilla va bien, pero yo la quiero para poner la bolsa por debajo de la rodilla. Probare a comprar la M.Adjunto fotos para que veíais la diferencia de tamaño de la S con la L, por si os puedo ayudar algo.
