Beautiful light!
Beautiful light! Must buy correct bulbs that are not clear or will see the lights thru shade. Also I have seen pictures with the shade on incorrectly. It attaches to the top- not the bottom. I am happy with the light and how it looks.

Love the light but not the gold color
The gold was much brighter almost orange . Was not expecting that . Loved the light though so I spray painted the gold to tone it down and now it looks great!

Beautiful light but terrible installation
This light is very beautiful once it is hung. However, the way in which it is designed makes it extremely difficult to install. You must fit everything together, except the shade, and hang it as a complete unit, like a chandelier, first making sure that you have unscrewed the bottom partially so you can install the shade later. Also, you have to maneuver the shade into place over the arms before putting lightbulbs in. Totally awkward. I installed the lightbulbs, tested it to make sure it worked, then took the lightbulbs out and installed the shade before replacing the lightbulbs.The instructions for installation are skeletal and incorrect. The chain is not easy to take apart in order to customize the length but doable with good pliers. And although the light is beautiful, there are strange shadows on the shade where the supports meet the edge. At first glance, they look like damage to the light shade.No part of this light is made of brass, despite the description.Finally, you can see the lightbulbs from underneath, so if you care about aesthetics, which of course you would if you were purchasing a beautiful light, you have to consider what type of lightbulb to use.

Very poor quality control on manufacturing!
All brass fixture, BUT! poor manufacturing quality control. The threaded piece that that finial attaches to to hold the shade was much too short! We had to Totally fabricate a new thread to be able to attach the finial so the the shade could be attached properly.
