This is a great potato starch and perfect for making karaage. Gives it that nice snowy powdery effect that I love. Hehehe

I use it to make potato dumplings plus chicken soups abd gravy.Love it

Potato starch isn't the most widely used starch for cooking, but in Japanese and Korean cooking, it's used quite often for frying. On such recipe is Korean double fried chicken wings, which generally calls for potato starch (at least the recipe we use does). And finding potato starch in quantity is not an easy thing. You won't find it in bulk at most grocery stores like Vons, Safeway, Ralphs, Albertsons or even Whole Foods. We used to find it in 1/2 pound bags at our local asian market, but then we ran across Earthborn's offering.The price is pretty good for the amount and most importantly, once we buy one of these bulk buckets, we're set for awhile. We've never had any issues with Earthborn. We can highly recommend their bulk potato starch!

The price per oz is great, but the container is hard to reclose.

I use this gluten-free product extensively in my bread & cinnamon blend in my Gluten-free Cottage Bakery. Great product. Plus it’s reasonably priced.
