I was prepared to write a much more favorable review, but having used this case for only six months, flaws in the design have become a problem. First the good: The fit and finish is great. I love the leather smell and the look of the case as I use it. That it looks like an old leather bound pocket book adds to the mystique, especially when reading my Kindle app. I had to get used to using my phone as a wallet, as I could not carry both in my pocket, but the rigidity of the back of the case made that no problem. I received numerous compliments on the case by those who saw me use it. It now has that weathered and worn look and broken-in feel, which is testament to the quality of the leather.Having said that, the leather is not what secured the phone. It is the plastic snap in tray that is attached to the leather, and that is where the problem lay. Three of the corners of that plastic tray have broken off and now I worry my phone will slip our of the case. My recommendation for the manufacturer is to use a better grade of plastic for the tray.Also, you might consider having the back fold to hold the phone landscape for viewing comfort. I made do with turning the phone over so the case forms a tent, but that exposes my ID and card slots. Not a good idea in a public place.A final issue is the stitching for the card slots. After only a few weeks, the stitching tore loose and the cards began to slide out of the side.

This is my go to phone case and it's the second one I bought. The first one my dog chewed up while my back was turned. I like the idea of carrying my phone along with my money and cards in one place. This way I never forget them. Seems to be of good quality. I like the built-in strap that will keep the phone case closed. The cards fit in the slots nicely and can fit more than one card in the slot. The only slot I have a problem with is the transparent ID slot. The IDS are difficult to remove when they are requested. I fix that by applying tape to the very edge of the cards now I can grab a hold of them and pull them out with ease. I like the idea of the two money slots I keep money in one of them and debit card receipts in the other. Great purchase and highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a wallet / phone case

Granted, I've only had this for 24 hours, but I LOVE IT. Perhaps they have redesigned the case because I see NONE of the criticisms people here have mentioned. The actual case that holds the phone fits it perfectly....it is snug with no gaps. Also: there is no cut out any longer for the s-pen.Because the phone is larger than my last for which I also had a wallet style, the card/id slots are roomier, but hold the cards securely and there is more room.One thing I didn't see both written or in the pix is the closure. There is an elastic band that can go vertically. While it's more than I was hoping to spend, this (so far) seems to be totally worth it!

I want to like this more than I do. The frame of fake leather that holds the iPad in place is not cut quite right: difficult to use touch ID as the home button is not quite centered in the space cut out for it, likewise for the side buttons. The ambient light sensor is obscured, and the swipe up/down from top/bottom feature is impossible without pulling the frame away from the screen a little bit so your finger can reach down far enough. Though perhaps not as secure, would have preferred something less obstructive such as elastic bands in the corners. The wallet feature is useless. Do that many people actually carry their driver's license, credit cards, or other cards in their iPad case? Would rather have used that space for additional bars for more angle options when using the case as a horizontal display stand. Mainly because I'm obsessive about having a matched set, as I have a BookBook for my iPhone and my MacBook Pro, I'm willing to work around these flaws and gave it three stars.

I LOVE this wallet case, and get compliments on it, but alas, a scratch began forming on my screen where the credit card slot on one side rubbed up against the screen when the wallet was closed. You could keep a little microfiber cloth in there to protect your screen, or just use one of those adhesive screen covers on your phone. I just went to using an Otterbox most of the time. Not nearly as aesthetically pleasing, but protects my expensive device better.

This fits my iPhone X perfectly. It protects the phone and secures it very well. It allows for a perfect view with the camera, but sets it in just enough so that it is not exposed to potential friction that can damage it. It is a scratch-able leather so I have to be careful not to puncture or scratch it, but even if I do it lightly on accident, it fades with a little rubbing and is not really noticeable. Although it is lasting for almost a year with a condition close to new, I would get it again if I ever needed to.

I have been using this for a week and I love it! It charges wirelessly just fine with the cover on, but I like to view podcasts while it charges. That's more good news; it is easily removed from the case! I have gently removed my phone and replaced it in the case with no apparent loss of holding strength! It quickly becomes too bulky with cards, cash, and I.D. for your pants pockets. I bought it because I wanted to carry all this and it does. The elastic band keeps it closed and secure, and it fits fine in my sling bag. May buy a second one to make sure I can continue using this case as long as I want.
