Awesome utility servos open up a huge range of projects
This is my third bag of these and I haven't had a single defect. They obviously don't have the positional accuracy and linearity of more expensive servos, but they're strong, robust and cheap as dirt (relatively speaking). I've been using these for everything. Before finding these, I was reluctant to build a lot of prototypes at $20+ per servo. Now I just scale designs down to micro and cut the cost by a factor of 10.If you're using them for robotics, just calibrate each servo in your code (if that accuracy is needed) or add additional feedback/encoders. For remote control, you won't even notice an issue.

Good luck finding and retaining a center position
I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I had to warn people about the (lack of) quality in these servos. Good luck finding and retaining a center position... I tried to use them in a little foamie trainer plane, and these things drift so far, so often, it makes it all but impossible to trim. Over the course of one minute, one in particular rotated so far off center (with a signal of 1500 us) that I completely lost left side authority. That was the worst one, but they all exhibited this behavior.I used a centering tool to try and figure out the problem as well, and they act the same even without a load.Buy nice, or buy twice is the lesson here. Don't touch these.

Great
They are "TowerPro" https://www.amazon.com/TowerPro-SG90-Mini-Servo-Accessories/dp/B001CFUBN8So far, I've only tested one of them on my arduino, it works great, actually beyond expectations, it's got a signigicant amount of torque for the little thing. Great price too at less than $2 each. Even if one is not functional, i wouldn't be too concerned. That's why you always want to buy in bulk at this low of a price. Will update review upon testing all servos. Not sure if they all ship as Tower Pro, I'm assuming it could be any number of brands.

Center point drifts dramatically and unpredictably.
I buy and use lots of items. I do not write reviews. These servos were junk. I understand that they are inexpensive, but they lose center and then are completely unflyable. I built two foam planes using these servos. They had very small load on them and still would drift very far off center. This did not change whether I was moving them with radio or if plugged into servo tester. The center drifted dramatically and made them unusable.Mark

Atleast 3 are bad
I got these for a school project. One straight shorted on me the second I plugged it in. 2 others had a weird issue where the voltage would drop 0.5V and then the servo would pause. AND it happened with two of them. I borrowed some from a friend that we knew were good and my circuit and code worked perfectly. The next two I tried worked well though, just my luck that the first 3 I tried out of the 10 were all bad. I'm annoyed that the fail rate is so high and I haven't even tested all of them. I'm going to contact J-Deal and I'll update with my experience.

Not bad for the price.
8 worked as you'd expect for the price, even though one of those initially didn't want to move until I manually spun it a bit. The other two worked, but rather than quickly go to the desired position, as they got close would slow down and gradually get to position. While all visually stayed in position once they got there, for about half of them, you could still feel the motor jittering a little bit with no load, other than one of the servo horns. Not an issue for most uses. All in all, not bad for the money.

As expected for price....cool to own I guess...just not for using....
A true SG90 Micro Servo should have near 180° of rotation (from datasheet)....these have only about 50° each direction for a total of 100° so won't work for me. They all worked nicely on a servo tester (no load) but as soon as any load was added they all lost center quickly and wont hold position either. I feel like most high reviews are people who haven't actually used them in a model yet....just maybe servo tested them with no load. Maybe I got a bad batch based on them not being even close to a true SG90 Micro Servo based on datasheet. I'll keep them around for kids to play with or something.

Great price
Cant beat the price for these servos. Of the 10 servos received I have tried 4, of which 1 was defective. Based on the reviews I read I anticipated 1 or 2 might fail. The other three work fine. Two of the 3 servos have worked flawlessly in through about 12 flights so far. When I get around to testing them all I may contact the seller to ask for replacements. At any rate I am fully satisfied and recommend this product. I would repurchase from this seller.

These are metal geared on motor and other gears are of plastics, the cap of same servo I had earlier didn't fit these! Btw Ok
No exactly what I need
