Does not like to charge
I had one pair of these which sounded great but had an issue with charging. I exchanged them and much to my surprise the new pair I got also had the same issue. The earbuds sound great and with the app I like how you can change how they sound depending on the type of music you are listening to:flat, electronic, acoustic, rock(I listen to classic rock and older metal(black sabbath, iron maiden, led zeppelin, deep purple, etc) so this was the only one I used), and bass booster. The first issue with these is that there is a black rubber ring on the inside of these which makes it very uncomfortable to use(you can remove this with ease, however I am pretty sure you're not really suppose to, as they help them stay inside the charger) if you remove it, they are very comfortableThe second issue is that if you even lightly tap them, they are bound to fall out. I have had several situations where I may go to let down my hair or something like that and one will fall out. So as long as you are extremely careful with these, you'll be okay. The third(and largest) issue with these is the charging(I make sure to put the black rubber ring on them when I put them in the case). The earbuds love to disconnect from the chargers while they are still in the charging case which makes it so that they will connect to your phone while still in the case if they are close by. Which is horrible because it will basically mute your phone completely, in which it is not difficult to see why this would be a bad thing. The way that I have fixed this is I will just open the case and just put a bit of pressure on them, which will force them back to charging, which is really just a temporary fix. While they sound great, they fall out easily and love to disconnect from the charger. I will be returning these and probably checking out the Samsung IconX or some of the Bose ones. I loved these earbuds but these problems are just too annoying for the price your paying for. These are pretty easy fixes however and I'm sure Rowkin will be fixing these with later models in due time.

Amazing price, excellent customer service and Awesome product!
I have tried 6+ different brands of truly wireless earbuds! Everything from Bragi, Jabra, Bose, Jam, Samsung, Apple AirPods, and a couple off brands. I had a specific few features I was looking for. I typically only use 1 bud at a time, and need them to work independently of each other while the other bud charges, long battery life, strong connectivity, and comfort.I work in a 911 Center and used to use my Bragi’s while I slept in between shifts, so comfort and noise canceling was also high on my list. While testing out multiple brands, I somehow came across Rowkon! Their customer service is amazing and I love their products! My Charge buds have amazing battery life, I have never had drops in connectivity and they work independently of each other! If I could ask for any improvements in future models it would be for them to lay flatter in my ears. I am not able to lay down with them on, and they sometimes run against the outer part of my ear. With that being said, they are by far the best quality and price of any that I have tried! The charging case is one of the first I have seen that feels sturdy and holds over 50 hours of charge! I plug my case in once a week! My husband and my brother are shopping for their own pair of Rowkin earbuds after trying mine! I can’t wait to see if they come out with any new shaped buds in the future!

Better than Jabra and Bose, Rowkin wins this round -EDIT: The charging case will charge your phone!
EDIT: I take back my complaints about the carry case size and weight since it can double as a mobile power bank. Gave me a full charge on my phone and still had power left. After diasppointing encounters with Jabra and Bose wireless earbuds, I came across these and decided to give them a try. I was all ready to give up on the earbuds concept and go back to my normal, over the ear ones - but these two little devils changed my mind. The Rowkin earbuds are well designed, premium built and effortless. They match everything they claim in the description and more. They are comfortable albeit a bit awkward - though nowhere close to the awkwardness and discomfort levels I experienced with Jabra and Bose - have great sound quality and unbelievable connectivity range (for comparison, Jabra struggled to keep connection when I put my phone in my back pocket) and are fast and responsive. They are so comfortable in ear that I forgot I actually had one in my right ear after I stopped playing music. They do get some getting used to and to learn all the functions (well, the tapping is almost a gimmick except that it puts way less pressure on your ear when you are operating them, compared to a push button) but the website intro and app directions are clear and useful. As usual nothing is 100% perfect but I would gladly ignore these small design flaws and buy this again:- I feel like the charging pad is a useless gimmick. I have no use for it.- the sound could use more bass. But it is still clear and enjoyable anyway. In the end, if you want wireless earbuds, save yourself some time and money and just buy these. They are better than the rest. Much better.
