Very nice packaging, quick delivery. Smaller than other collars we have seen,better 4 micro breeds.
So far so good. Niice neat little box with just plain English instructions. Sorry for those that dont have English as primary language. Although you can still Google translate the manual if you wish, or possibly ask for the translated version, im not sure.Charging unit up to full now, hopefully this will deter the ridiculousness of our 1.5 year year old Dapple Dachshund. He hears just a tap in the night and goes full retard for 2 hours at least, no matter how deathly the threats may be after LOL.We love hime to the moon and back, but our sleep has deteriorated and we cant use a remote collar anymore. We've had the remote collar from another maker ( has beep, shock, and vibrate upon demand). Its been 90 days with that collar, but we feel due to lack of response during night until we are waken up. Our little dapple has grown some big "you know whats" and just assumes he can get away with the "mommy" whimper more often than not.Strapping this bad boy on asap after charge, its 641am and can't wait to come home tomorrow to a silent home hopefully (after possible minimal settings put in order etc.)To be continued......

Works Amazing for Us!
We've used this collar for over a year now on a little doxie that just loves to bark for no reason. We had tried every other version of humane collar- vibration, spray, tone, etc- with no luck. We were at our wit's end with her and the barking inside the house and every time she went out even 100% supervised. Finally we purchased this collar and it was life changing! She gets 2 warning beeps which usually is enough to shut her up, but if she barks a third time she will get shocked (not really enough to make her whine, but enough to make her stop the barking). We eventually purchased a second collar to swap them out when the other is charging because she's smart enough to realize it's not on and will bark incessantly. Now a year later they won't stay charged longer than a day, but we'll just purchase 2 more because we can't live without them.

A must have for pet owners
I have a dog that refused to keep quiet. I have tried other products on the market, this one stood out amongst the rest. The most noticeable difference about this product compared to the rest is the changeable metal prongs that come with it. The long prongs seem to work the best for my very furry pet. Secondly, the rechargeable battery and not to mention it’s waterproof!!! Amazing features that I love the most. The product claims to last 10 days on a 2 hour full charge. I’ve had this product for 5 days and it still seems to be working with many corrective shocks to remind my pooch that quietness is necessary.I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this product and if anything happens to it in the future I will absolutely buy another.

Didnt last 4 months
Sadly these didnt last. Both collars lost the mode button cover. One stopped working on vibrate mode & the other stopped working on sound mode. Now that the buttons are missing they are subject to water & debris. One night they were off the dogs & one collar started beeping, vibrating & freaking out!

Does not work!!!
I purchased this bark collar in Oct 2018. My dog stopped barking and I never had to use it. Last week she started barking again and I charged it for the 1st time. That went according to instructions but when I tried to turn it on it will not turn on. It's defective. How do I get another one. I need it asap. Bonnie Brezzo

No good, unless it actually works.
I like it for the two months that it worked. I have used it about 50% of the time.Two days ago it worked, yesterday it came on when I pressed the "M" button but my dog barked as if it was not on so I connected to charger, the charge light flashed very fast, and now it won't respond. We have an inside dog, so no water/weather problem.

Efficient
Worked like a charm! Moved in to our new home and werent sure how our dog would react. After listening to him barking and winning all night we put it on and problem solved. I love that its rechargeable so no wasting money on bateries

Doesn't work
The collar didn't work when the dog barked and it was difficult to use. Having to scratch it to get it to activate or something silly like that. I had to get the remote collar which worked much better. Don't waste your money on this.
