Es sind zahlreiche Rezeptvorschläge für Damendüfte und (weniger) Herrendüfte enthalten.Allerdings ist es schade, dass in den Rezepten keine genauen Dosierungen der ätherischen Öle angegeben werden. Die Dosierung wird dem Leser unnötigerweise komplett selber überlassen.Für gute erste Resultate ist das nicht besonders hilfreich. Und experimentieren könnte man ja auch mit enthaltenen Angaben immer noch.

Excellent & Simplified Introduction to Making Fragrances
I found this to be a great starter for those wanting to create a fragrance without reading too much historical data. It's simple and easy to understand and follow the directions. It also allows you to create your own fragrances I telling you what groups of oils go well together. The safety warnings are most important! A great "go-to" book & reference manual.I recommend it for everyone just starting out.
