I've been able to tell a substantial difference since buying these. they say to take 3 a day, but I take 2 and sometimes only remember to take one at night and I can still say that it makes a difference. I bought them because they were the cheapest. Turns out I'll be buying them again and again because the flavor is great and the product itself is great.

I take too many pills according to me...so a gummy is fun and easy to add. It has a great flavor and the right consistency. I purchased this particular one because of the chicory, Inulin fiber. One medication that I take for diabetes causes diarrhea and I was taking Imodium. Now I just take my fiber and have nice solid bowel movements regularly. great product

These gummies taste OK. They disolve easily in my mouth within a few minutes. However the dose of three gummies per day is only 5 grams which is just 20% of the fiber I should get in a day. If I was getting 20 grams from other food I would be close enough without these. Some days I get more than 25 grams from food. But on days I get less, it is much less (like 10 grams) and the 5 grams from these just don't add enough additional fiber.Unless you are already close to your daily fiber goal, this product, while performing as advertised, is not going to make much difference.

I am extremely surprised by the flavor... I just want to eat the whole bottle, but I assume that would not work out well for me.

These are really good gummies… I have digestive issues that makes me constipated so I take 5 a day the daily intake for fiber for women is 25 so that gets me my limit and they work so good I can tell the difference when I don’t take my 5 for the day

Good flavors, cheap as heck, delivered quickly. But the flavor is... weird. It's really firm and chewy, kinda sticks to your teeth. I bought this bottle to try it out. I'll move on to another brand that isn't as weird for texture.

I like the Amazon Solimo Gummies but they are often out of stock. Tried these and they are as great tasting as the Solimo!

Love these! I don't exactly have the best diet and I'm sure my medication doesn't help. I was always bloated and feeling sick to my stomach. Started taking these and I feel much better! I lost 5 pounds in one week because of these bad boys!The only down side is the flavors. Love the orange and cherry, but the lemon flavor is not the greatest.
