Cheap and cheerful, not the best quality, not so easily assembled. But not the biggest complaints as its cheap and does its job. As for comfort you can always add soft stuff anywhere so all an all, not too bad

I use the Sofa bed in the bed position a lot. It was easy to assemble. I also bought a small head board in black similar leather and a camping mattress that seems to fit perfectly. Living in a ground floor maisonette, I tipped the delivery driver a fiver, and he carried the bed packages to my door. Very Satisfied.

Too hard. It is not soft at all.

There has to be a better way of connecting the arms to the main body than this.... Needs reinforcing. Apart from that it's a good purchase.

The sofa bed is made poorly. I just moved into a new place needing a cheap couch to have in my living room till I can offord something better, also needing a bed so thought this would be a win win except when I put the bed together the wood in the arm cracks and breaks then when I go to lay it back and lay down on it the centre leg collapses and then the bed breaks down the middle leaving me down in cash bedless and couch less. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

The quality

Quality if the product is not good, used it for less than a month now, already showing signs of wear & tear. Would have returned if there was option.
