Great support for fallen arches.

They help with walking, not a cure for pain in ankle / foot with dropped arches but definitely helps. I remove insole from shoes to give more space/comfortable fit. They are vastly better than arch supports supplied by the hospital orthotics dept.

You do have to get used to wearing these soles which doesn't take long - a few days. Then they are so comfortable and really helped me when I had plantar fasciitis. I have these soles in all of my shoes and still use them even though my feet have recovered.

I bit harder that I expected in the heel area.

Didn’t realise they were 3/4 length ( my fault ). But they seem good quality and arrived quickly so no complaints really .

This is my 3rd pair of these. They help my dropped arches and stop my back ache. Really comfortable. So cheap, such good value. I would recommend these to everyone!

Made a huge difference to me. I’m now pain free. I’ve bought several pairs so that I don’t need to keep changing them over.

Da tempo li riprendo, causa metatarsalgia. Necessito infatti di poggiare il tallone sul 'morbido', oltre che di sostenere l'arco. Non occorre nel mio caso acquistare i plantari ortopedici su misura, questo plantarino assolve efficacemente la sua funzione. Costa inoltre meno di altri simili, che pure ho acquistato contemporaneamente, essendo entrambi identici nella forma, materiale e durata. Io li lavo anche, in acqua tiepida e un goccio di detersivo, lasciandoli a bagno un quarto d'ora a testa in giù e poi strofinando leggermente con spazzolino per unghie. Non so se sia corretto, ma hanno bisogno di essere 'rinfrescati' -soprattutto d'estate o con scarpe da ginnastica. Li uso anche con ballerine, nel senso che ci stanno.

...come sottopiede standard. Lo trovo tutto sommato comodo.
