I am not an expert at baking and I wanted to make sure my sugar cookies were thick enough and even. They helped alot!

These strips worked well and kept the thickness of my cookie dough even, which, in turn, made them bake evenly. The strips didn't slip around during rolling, and cleanup was quick & easy. They don't take up a lot of drawer space, so storage isn't an issue either.

I’ve been using these strips for over a year. I don’t roll my sugar cookie dough without them! It’s greatly improved my process: make dough, roll out using these strips between pieces of wax/parchment paper, then chill on sheet pans. (I refuse to roll out disks of chilled dough now). I usually use my big fondant roller so I can maximize space, though I’ve used a regular pin with these on pie dough and they are fantastic. Flour these just like your rolling pin! They are easy to clean & I’ve washed them in the upper tray of my dishwasher (it has 3 trays).

I always like it when I can find what I am looking for at a reasonable price without having to go from store to store trying to locate it. These are exactly as described and exactly what I was looking for. They work exactly as I needed them too. I use them to roll out fondant and sugar cookie dough. Keeps the guessing out of rolling out and makes the thickness ofl cutouts consistent.

Nice product but there is little usage detail. What height is each piece? I really needed a 3/16” height for cookie dough, but making do with two strips stacked together. Also didn’t realize you can only roll dough to width of rolling pin. Pretty narrow. Will look for a longer rolling pin ideally.

Saw this product used in a video on making croissants. Made rolling out dough to correct thickness very easy. Bought a second set for our vacation home.

Only used 3 to 4 times so far. They work great. Easy to handle and clean. Nice length too. Only suggestion would be to add the size or thickness to the strips. Glad I purchased. I looked at them for some time before buying. Should have bought sooner

I love these silicone measuring dough strips! For the first time I can roll out a pie crust and it is even everywhere, no thick and thin spots, so my crusts also cook evenly. I made Christmas cookies, and they also were all even. I use a long rolling pin (not the kind with handles), so I can space the strips about 12 inches apart. I highly recommend them.
