Resistance Bands with Handles - Exercise Tube Band with Handle for Boxing, Home Workouts, Physical Therapy, Strength Training

Ordered this resistance band to be able to change up my at home workouts. Band comes with carrying pouch for easy portability when I travel or easy storage when not in use. I like that the weight is printed on the band and each weight category is a different color band for easy identification. The band has nice sturdy hand grips and are easy to hold. A bonus is the loop is moveable and big enough to be able to slip your feet in them and have the hand grip to the side to be able to use for leg workouts. I think the price is comparable if not better than what I would have expected for resistance bands. Can’t speak to the long term reliability of these as they are new but the quality appears good and for the several times I have used them I haven’t seen any wear or tear. So far I am very pleased with this item and look forward to going up in weight and would recommend these bands.

I’ve recently re-entered a traditional work environment after raising kids where I sit at a desk all day. I usually try to work out a least 3 times a week, but I’ll be honest , I’ve fallen off and haven’t been for 3 months! And to top it off, my coworkers sit at their desks and eat all day! Oh no!! I usually bring my own lunch but so was looking for something that I could use at my desk to keep active and this is just what I needed! Since I’m only a couple of months shy of turning 50, my arms are getting that fleshy flabby look I detest, this this works out great for when I’m on the phone with clients or those dreaded hold periods. It’s durable, came with its own portable bag and the price was nice. I keep it right in my desk drawer so it’s always handy. Now if I can get my coworkers on board! Lol

Purchased the green bands and was very pleased with the overall function. Easy to use and durable. Would like more exercises to do with them but overall a great addition to my stretches.

I am so pleased with my resistance band! It arrived quickly and I was ready to try it out. I wasn’t exactly sure the best way to use it. A quick google showed me all the ways I could use it and I was off and pulling. I was able to get a great arm workout so easily! I don’t have a ton of room to store workout equipment but this gets so small and stores easily. I love that there were different resistance options. It’s great when you like a product and you can buy more as you strengthen. Would absolutely recommend.

Super happy and impressed with this product! I also have the resistance band set by Phantom Fit so I was eager to try this 12-17 lb. green band. Could not be happier! I use a lot of these bands in conjunction with my Beach Body workouts. They are identical to the Beach Body brand but at a fraction of the cost. I am a loyal Phantom Fit customer having seen the quality and function in now 2 of their products. I look forward to buying more from their line.

I order these resistant bands and I truly love them. Having the handles allow me to use them for a wide variety of exercises and stretches. The materials is easy for me to keep clean and it’s very lightweight. Provides enough resistant for me to get a good arm workout instead of using dumbbells. I would definitely recommend trying them out.

I really enjoyed using this product! It was easy to use for a beginner like me, but would also be good for the seasoned athlete. This product is great for anyone who doesn't want to invest in expensive equipment, but still wants a good work out at home or while traveling! Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Did not last :(. Metal ring holding on arm grip came off so now the band is useless !!This was the 55-60lb so was expecting this to be stronger and last. Disappointing!
