Finally found it!!
I tried many gluten free flours and let me tell you, this gluten free flour is the BEST!For my son's birthday I have baked a chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies using regular recipes only replacing the regular flour with this gluten free flour. I was impressed with the results :-) So good!

Out of this world
This is totally delicious. It’s perfect for a low FODMAP diet. I loved a baked good and was so upset when I couldn’t have any and then I found this brand and it just tastes so good. I used the icing with the sprinkles and it is out of this world

Didn’t get the white cake mix (got two chocolates)
I’m supposed to be making a white and chocolate birthday cake tomorrow, but got two bags of chocolate, so too late to order any more. Now I’ll have to make a trip to Walmart to order some of the vegan and gluten free cake mix from Walmart which isn’t very good. I’m sure that’s Amazon’s fault though.

Unexpected additional ingredient
This may be a good product based on previous reviews. However, I couldn’t use it. Here’s why...When I first saw this gluten free bread flour blend, it was exciting to me because it had everything I was looking for – wheat free, soy free, and no preservatives. It was also a cup for cup combination, making it easy to swap ingredients in bread recipes.When the 1st cup of flour was measured, it appeared to have a lump so I figured it simply needed to be broken up with a fork. But it didn’t break up. That’s when I took the 1st picture. When I examined it more closely, it had rough edges on one side and a straight edge on the other side. When I pulled on the rough edges, they came apart (see 2nd image) and it became apparent that it was a very lightweight piece of grayish-colored cardboard or heavy paper.I tried to contact the company via their website (as indicated on the back of the package.) I never received a reply. I didn’t ask for a refund, and frankly I don’t want a replacement. But I think it’s important they check their manufacturing process to avoid others receiving the same “additional” ingredients in the product.

My daughter loves this flour. She is gluten sensitive and uses it to bake.

Really Good Gluten Free Bread Flour
So far I have used this bread flour for pizza dough. It works really well considering it is gluten free. The crust came out chewy and fluffy, not like the usual cardboard texture of gluten free crust. I will purchase again.

Makes Great Bread!!
My wife prefers to be Gluten Free as much as possible. Every Christmas I make a maple-oatmeal bread that everyone loves. This year I made a loaf using this flour and it was every bit as good (if not better) than the regular loaf! I would highly recommend this flour!
