I’ve stepped up my exercise program and I’m skeptical about most supplements. For instance, if you take green tea, NO boosters, or pre-workout you will feel the immediate results. However, using vitamins and subtle change supplements can be leave you wondering if they are helping. Lately protein powder has caused me some digestive issues, so I read up on ingredients and found this product. I gave it a try and with a day the results were amazing. Let’s just say it soothed my stomach issues overnight. I rarely use a product that makes a noticeable change as fast as this has. Probiotics can’t touch this.

I Was surprise this did help for some mornings to have a healthy bowel movement drink lots of water though

Didn’t work for me

I feel way better taking this daily vs. not taking it. Nothing worse than having your stomach feeling bad all the time making you not want to do anything. I buy 2 or 3 bottles at a time. I think Gundry's Total Restore might be a little better but I can't justify the cost.

Sadly, I didn't end up using this for the "true" 30 days (or whatever it was....been a while, sorry.)But I remember that even after a month of using these, I didn't particularly see any effect. Not that my gut was totally torn up, but I thought this might help with overall digestion and gut health. Having experienced multiple bouts of stomach, intestine, you-name-it gut problems, I tend to notice shifts in improvements or regression more easily than most as a general rule.While easy to swallow and not having had an adverse effect, I would say that is worth a try. I don't rave about this product, but I don't disregard it. It just may be, especially since I/my body & system process food and nutrients no particularly up to par, that I might have needed/would need to try this product for longer than one bottle.Another positive for me is that it has no ingredients for which I have an allergen, which is always a plus as even when it is plant/mineral/etc.-based, I still have had problems with some supplements.

Not saying this happens to everyone but I got terrible cramps from Gut restore. I am finally feeling like myself again. Will not be using Gut restore again

I love this product! I take medications that give me heartburn, ever since i started taking these i now longer have to chew on tums all day long! and it keeps things going if you know what i mean! Love this product, highly recommend!
