Unlike most LEDs, these seem to be sensitive to being accidentally wired with a reverse voltage. I managed to ruin a couple by doing that, and ended up adding a small diode in the supply wire to protect a group of these to prevent more failures. Even with that, it's still more convenient than adding a resistor for each LED.

It worked great in my Jeep instrument cluster.

They work well for car/truck dashboard. Depending on the color you use it might not be that bright like purple and red. All other colors I can see great.

Hard to find 5mm 12 volt leds worked good for dash bulbs.

Used these to customize my sons power wheels Jeep. Very bright and have been working for nearly a year.

The leds works good , nice and bright ,I like the fact that I don't have to use a resistor with them and they are bright

Whites are pretty bright. Nice that they are already 12v. Only slight complaint is color matching. Be sure to color match a set first if using in rows or clusters.
