Great and cheaper than fish oil
I understand this isn't exactly the same as fish oil but it still gives a lot of the same benefits and is a lot cheaper. This is probably from other factors (diet, exercise, etc.) but I noticed a decrease in my resting heart rate after taking this for awhile. Also, I noticed my joints didn't get as sore and stiff after workouts and physical activity. I will be purchasing this again and again.

Great for those Omega-3s, 6s, 9s, great price
I bought this product to get those crucial Omega-3s. I have purchased a LOT of other products in the past and currently as well. They manufacture quality products at a great price.The flaxseed oil was pretty inexpensive which is a plus. The quality seems great. I take one every day in the afternoon, I also take a fish oil supplement in the morning. I think it's good to switch it up so you body gets the Omegas from multiple sources. Not only do you get Omega-3s with flaxseed oil, you get 6s and 9s as well--another plus. I have a sensitive stomach and have no problem taking these pills.Bottom line: highly recommended. Quality product, inexpensive, will keep you healthy. A no-brainer.

Great product at a good price
I've always been happy with this products. I'm alergic to nuts and seafood which are both sources for EFA's, so my option was to take a Flaxseed supplement to help me in the gym and with my overall health (cardiovascular system, joints, etc.). The reviews on youtube.com were all the indication I needed to see that this product was good quality and at the Amazon good price.

If your a believer in supplements making a difference then believe me when I tell you these work. I take these in conjunction with fish oil for lubricating the joints and all around skin and hair benefits. They were delivered as guaranteed from the vendor and come highly recommended.

This is a great price - Rs 299 for full month (at 2 capsules a day), is just a great price.If you do heavy cardio. or lifting, an Omega-3/6 supplement like this is a must. You will see a difference right away, especially in your joints. Actually this will reduce all sorts of inflammation. It will also boost your heavy lifts at the gym.I break them open in my mouth and eat the oil. I like the taste!

Great price Great quality
So, we try to stay healthy, or what resembles it. This is taken in conjunction with krill oil and omega 3,6,9. It's for cholesterol basically, it ups the good and downs the bad. No gross taste either.

I use this brand one pack but not benefit of this momega fatty acids ..bekar ka hai ...kya malum kya banakar sell karte hai...baki log k upper effect karta hai ki nahi ..mujhe to kuchh bhi nahi kiya
