Product was exactly as advertised. It arrived inside an outer box, with no damage.My grand daughter loves it! She is almost twelve, and ready for a sophisticated ride-on like this. She particularly liked how easy it was to get the blue tooth connected to her ipod.I selected this particular model and brand because of the UL listing, and high quality of the appearance. I did not want to catch my daughter-in-laws house on fire, or give a shabby, short-lived gift.Needless to say, I am the BEST grandpa EVER!I highly recommend this product.Needless to say, I am the best grandpa ever.

Bought it in September for a Christmas present for my daughter! It was (still) fully charged! My daughter absolutely LOVES it. I read a bunch of reviews before I bought and most were fantastic. its unfortunate to hear that some people had so many problems. So far so good, her 16 year old brother loves it so much, he wants one now! I will update, should I run into any problems.

We bought this item in December timeframe and used it first time today. The first experience is not good. It shakes on both wheels and throws the rider off. It can cause serious injuries if you are not cautious. I did the reset as per the user manual but no change. Calling customer service today to see what they can do. Will update here after what I hear back.Update: Seems the customer service department does not exist at this company. What a waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

My son was so excited to get this but it starts to shake uncontrollably on one side all the time and we only used it for less than a day inside the house. Keeps throwing my son off of it and it is unusable!

BROKE AFTER ONE CHARGE!!!This product has a one year manufacturers warranty and I have been attempting to contact them for almost two weeks with NO RESPONSE! This product was charged one time. On the second attempt to charge, one of the prongs in the back of the hooverboard snapped off. It was not misuse in any way...just a cheaply made product. My child got this for Christmas and by Decemeber 27th, it was broken. I am beyond upset over how much this item cost, how quickly it was broken, and the lack of response from the manufacturer. Am currently debating on filing a report through the BBB. BEWARE!

My daughter loves it, but was severely disappointed when she opened it on Christmas day to find half of the power cord was missing. The seller was understanding and helpful, but, considering the timing, I would have appreciated overnight delivery after such a disappointment on Christmas day. Instead she had to wait a week to play with her "big" present while her brother and sister enjoyed their "big" gifts without a hitch.

This was a Christmas present for our 11 year old daughter. She loves it! It is much easier to get her to help with chores around the house because she just hops on and wheels herself around the house completing chores.

The speakers no longer work. It’s all static. Bluetooth ( great quality at first). It was a Christmas gift for my awesome 8 year old. He can still ride it without tunes. Not as fun.
