Luxury Base with 12" deep 2000 pocket sprung memory foam mattress, 2 drawers and designer headboard- black chenille - KING SIZE (5'0)

This is the first time I have ordered a bed off the internet. I was not disappointed.Let me start at the beginning, I ordered the bed and there was an issue with the delivery driver which delayed the bed by 1 day, no big deal.When the bed arrived at 7am the men brought the parts into my room for me and away they went. My partner and I built the bed and put together the headboard, it was very easy and took no time at all.The headboard is a by flimsy but the bed against the wall has made that no longer an issue.The drawers are sturdy and very deep, you can fit lots in there.The mattress.... It's very very comfortable. The bed actually sits very high from the floor and at first it felt like I had to climb into bed. The bed is firm yet amazingly comfortable I am so happy I bought this bed because I have had a fantastic sleep on it since day 1.Pros: easy to set up, comfortable, great price, fast delivery (despite delay)Cons: headboard may break if you pull on it once screwed in, hard to get out of in the morning.I definitely recommend the bed, it's fantastic

I ordered this to arrive on a date hoping to get it nearer the morning but as I got a message to say afternoon I took time off work to wait in for it to arrive.The drivers were great, phoned 30mins before delivering and brought all the way into the house only problem was they only had the base and not the mattress! So not the whole package as expected.The delivery people said ot only had the base written down on the delivery note and got their hq to phone me ASAP.Their hq told me that it was at a different depo and they would get it delivered ASAP this was on a Thursday.I contacted amazon the same day to inform them amd the company and didn't get much of anything apart from sorry for the inconvenience .Friday I messaged and not much as to sort it out back sat and sun the department was closed Monday I was still chasing it up and again on Tuesday . Then Tuesday late afternoon I had a message saying it will be delivered Wed so u had to take another day off work losing more money because of lack of communication between the company and delivery teams.It arrived Wed the delivery people were great both times, the bed is good but the fact I had to miss 2 days of work instead of one and sleep on the floor with a slipped disc because we had sold our bed ready for the new one and made room for the new one is unacceptable! Not a happy customer with the way I have been treated!

Fab bed but was difficult to set up - the 2 divan bases weren't matched & once one side was attached the other side wouldn't link together! In the end I linked the one on show & had to put my own screw in where it should have been on opposite side.Mattress is really comfy & Head Board looks great but could have done with stronger legs in order to achieve the look in the picture, with them being "thin" you need to keep them low, so lose few inches off headboardIve read a few people commenting on the height... Yep its pretty high but I totally love it!! So if you dont mind a bit of fiddling & adjusting you get a quality bed for the price! 5 nights now & never slept betterMany Thanks

Do not buy it it look gorgeous when it came we have used it for a couple of months and it has bowed at the sides I have turned it upside down, and I have put a quilt on the mattres it is that uncomfortable

great bed but our had a little bit of damage to the underside coveringm hence 3 stars

Was very dubious about buying a bed that I couldn't try first but took the risk because of promise of quick dispatch and the good price. My waterbed had burst and I needed a reolacement fast. It arrived quickly and although the mattress was extremely heavy to get up the stairs it was easily assembled. I was worried nothing would beat my watered for comfort but glad to say this feels just like a Marriott bed, firm but extremely comfortable (I stay in the Marriott often). Great comfort, looks grand especially being of a good height, and great price. I couldn't be happier and I sleep like a baby in it. Highly recommended.Fast forward July 2022. Still have same bed and same mattress. Still the most comfortable bed, still looks greeat. I'm amazed!And here i am again in April 2024, same bed same mattress but starting to dip a bit, well it has been 8 yrs. Scared to change the mattress as I'm sure I'll struggle to get the same comfort.

What a fab bed..very high super comfy and a fantastic price.received yesterday ,very easily put together..we are very pleased with the item.Communication from the seller however was very poor and we expected this bed to be deliverd on the 11 th jan..finally turned up on the 20th ..i had got rid of old bed and took time off work expecting the new one to arrive on the 11 th ,after me having to contact seller delivery was then promised by the 17th before finally showing up on the 20th, so was highly innconvenienced. In summary great item poor service from seller.

It's the best your money could buy. Since I have bought it I really don't want to sit in the living room I just want to cosy up in my bed. For the price you pay you get an amazing product I am really pleased with it. The delivery guys were even more so kind they even helped me put it up. Just a couple of things I would point though:1-the description of its mattress where the spring varies from size to size e.g 1500 for a king size but I was under the impression it was 2000 for all sizes so perhaps that should be become a bit more clear on the description.2- The headboard legs needs to be screwed in up high then supported to the wall. If you slide the legs all the way in then screw if your mattered will be blocked by the lovely puffy headboard and you cannot fit the mattress in place. So it was a bit of a struggle with that which I think a longer headboard leg is really necessary for this size/design of bed.Apart from all that it's the best, most comfortable bed so far not to mention elegant and beautiful. I definitely recommend this.
