These are a good buy with a couple of cavaets.I have bought 16 of the 6500k + 6 of the 5000k (warm).The are easy to install (with the exception of the non standard wire colors and no help determining the colors)They put out a huge amount of light for their size.I have had one fail, two dead emitters and the rest flickering, so, I recommend turning them all on even if you are not going to install them immediately to be able to return defective units.The important wire color is the safety/protective ground lead... it's "green & yellow"The other two are; blue for 110vac and brown for neutral (not "ground")...but it's not critical since hot and neutral can be swapped and they are wired identically internally.

The media could not be loaded.  Our shop had some really old 8' 150w fixture with thermal ballasts. Even with new fluorescent bulbs the old lights were fairly dim, and they wouldn't come on for hours in the winter. We upgraded to these led and are very nice with them so far.It's hard to tell from the video I look, but these are much brighter overall. The color rendering is better too and it was like going to HD in the shop with everything inside looking sharper and more colorful. These lights have a sturdy aluminum frame and overall seem to be well made.So far these have been up for two months, but we're impressed. We'll monitor them for reliability over the coming months and hopefully see a drop in our power bill. With these new led bulbs, I'm looking for ward to no longer having to climb scaffllding to change bulbs every few months now.

Installed these in a 40' by 24' carport. Installation was very easy. The lights come with a plug that links them together, so connect the first one to your power source, and the rest will connect to each other. I pack of 4 stretched across the carport covered approx 35 feet with plenty of illumination throughout my carport. We were very impressed and pleased.There was some damage to the package that caused one of the lights to have a bend in it, but the light functioned properly. This damage was noted by the USPS.I would recommend these lights for your carport, garage, shop, barn, pool house, and most any covered area needing illumination. I am currently ordering my second set.

Seven of the light tubes are damaged (aluminum base) This damage will not allow the use of the clips given with each bar. It did not bother me as this is installed in a garage. I just used zip ties instead (for everything as the clips seem to be just for show to be honest.1 bar Flickers on and off from time to time.1 bar Has a small led section of a row not working (8 LED)Each bar comes with a set of SHORT wires that are way too thin. Be prepared to do some electrical welding to insure a correct connection. Twist on connectors are not good for this. If using these in series (vs a star connection) the wires closest to the regular switched power line will become hot creating a fire hazard.Other than that I have no complaint.Since my initial review (October 9, 2019)January 4, 2020 updateI light bar has only one half workingI installed two light bars in my office (indirect lighting. The result is incredible, light is even everywhere and really great for the eyes. I am considering using the same indirect light in a kitchen and breakfast room.I am not raising the number of stars since two additional bars partially failed. I probably will get in there and make 1 out of the two failed....Side note: 80,000 hours is just under ten years warranty in continuous use...

Immediate/"First Impression" upon delivery:The lights arrived safe but I was not impressed with the packaging. When I opened the box, all of the screws, mounts and other small accessories fell out and scattered everywhere because they were put in the box loosely. These small items should have been bagged up to prevent potential loss when opening the box! Additionally, the product info does not clearly state or give a notice that the lights do not come with ready to use plugs! They come with bare wire pigtails that will either have to be hard wired to electrical fixtures or plugs will have to be manually installed to use the lights! This should be made clear in the description to prevent those without wiring experience from purchasing them! Additionally, there is no instructions or wiring diagram included making it even more difficult even for those with wiring experience! Due to this, I am unable to test the lights as of yet and will have to purchase plugs to install before I can offer a review on performance and use. Lastly, while I understand that LED lighting will be lighter and have less bulk than fluorescent or incandescent lighting, these feel a bit more so than I would expect from lighting that is clearly intended for commercial or industrial use since they don't even come with plugs or wiring diagrams. Overall, I am not thrilled with the product as of the time I am writing this "first impression" review.

I had ordered these for use in my garage. I wanted a bulb that was very bright and very white. These bulbs are both. They are also single ended which I wanted since I had previously converted my fixtures to accept a single ended bulb. My garage is the typical two car garage with two overhead doors, a man door, and two windows. I have two fixtures that each have two bulbs. These replacement bulbs do a great job of lighting the entire garage. There's no problem seeing and there would be no need for any additional fixtures or lights. I am very pleased with these bulbs and would buy them again.

These are the second LED fixtures I have purchased recently and they are a better quality than the first. For a light weight fixture, these are fairly sturdy. They were well packaged against damage, but the extraneous parts were just dropped loose into the box. It would help if the wires on the plugs for direct connection of the fixture were at least an inch or two longer and were colored black, red, and green.
