A good book!
There are two kinds of deficiencies in the teaching materials and teaching of sports psychology: one is to break away from the basis of psychology, and directly start from the psychological phenomena and problems of sports, which makes it difficult for students to master the relevant knowledge; the other is to divide psychology and sports psychology into two courses and teach them separately, or only talk about general psychology / mental health knowledge In the process of learning psychology, 90% of students can not combine psychological knowledge with their sports practice experience organically, which reduces their interest in learning.

Great Quality
Sometimes when renting books, you don't really know what you're getting, but this one came in great condition! You're likely getting this for a class like me, but I've found it super interesting considering its a textbook lol. The web study guide isn't the best format-wise, but it gets the job done, and honestly isn't necessary anyway.

Loose-leaf version
This book is the loose-leaf version which I don't think was made impressively clear without reading the description. Despite my mistake, this item was brand new and even had a label indicating "Not Returnable If Unwrapped" to preserve the validity of the one-time key code. I may return as I was hoping to have the traditional paperback version, but one thing's for sure: I am looking forward to engaging with the content in this highly recommended textbook!

Need a binder!
This is the loose page edition... so you’ll need a binder.

Binder holes punched upside down
There is nothing wrong with the content of the text book or the fact that this is the loose leaf version. However, most of the book has the binder holes punched upside down, making it very annoying to read especially out of the binder.

Very confusing and messy if you buy the creative binder book
confusing ended up swapping classes and used another author for that course, ended up getting a B in it

Essential for any Sport Science Course
After starting a Sport Science Degree with a pyschology module in the first and second year this book is a core text of the course. There is no substitute in my opinion to having a real physical paper copy in front of you that you can refer to and read. Extremely detailed book however very expensive compared to other textbooks but it includes a web study guide which isn't that useful but a nice addition.
