Is it worth getting it flavoured ?

Like someone else has said; it depends what you are mixing it with. I bought the flavoured as the plain was on a longer delivery date. Mixed with water I find it perfectly drinkable, nice even (much more so that unflavoured creatine mixed with water, which isn’t particularly nice), it would go fine in fresh orange juice. Not sure I would want to put it in my protein shake. One thing I would say is this brand / make does dissolve really well so you can get away with drinking it in water quite easily.

How much water do you mix this with?

You don't add water to this - you add the powder (a small amount actually) to whatever you're eating or drinking. It mixes well in your breakfast cereal or sprinkled over a salad. Note that I'm using the non-flavoured version.

Also worried about the stop period for this product as some companies say a week, some don't suggest stopping and others say about three weeks?

Creatine is one of the safest and most studied supplements around, I have had no adverse effects from using using it but then again as I don't train 7 days a week and thus don't consume it everyday I can't pass judgment. I do suggest however that as with all suppliments you seek appropriate medical advice before commencing usage.
