My husband and I ride motorcycles together, we needed something so we could communicate. These have been great, they have an intercom (like a walkie talkie) that goes approximately 2 blocks. if the intercom is too far away it disconnects, but they also hook to your cell phones blue tooth. The sound quality is pretty good. If you receive a call, it disconnects the intercom so you can answer the phone, it pretty much picks up when you say hello, no need to touch your helmet. once your call is done, it automatically hooks back to intercom. (a great feature, unless you are trying to screen your calls lol) we have had them for several weeks going on nightly rides and have only charged the battery once. planning on ordering another one (I believe you can only have 3 connected at a time) for when one of our kids are riding with us. I highly recommend them.

I searched around on YouTube and found these to be about number three of the top 10. They are very good. They seem to have noise canceling and the boom mic does not pick up any background noise. My wife can listen to her book through her phone and I can jam Pandora through my phone separately, I haven’t tested the range as we are on the same motorcycle. one button push and it announces the intercom is active in both helmets. The audio is pretty clear I would buy these again.

My husband and I bought these so we can talk easily while riding together. It makes the trips much more enjoyable to be able to carry on a conversation as we ride. We both have full face shields there is absolutely no wind noise and we can hear each other plainly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an intercom system, they are great.

Over 65 you can't hear music and over 45 you can't hear on the intercom system over the wind noise. This is with a full face helmet. Ok otherwise. Good battery life. Easy install
