The chandelier is really very attractive and beautiful to look at even when it’s switched off. We are really happy with the purchase. The only issue that we found was that all the rain drop strings are connected with a white plastic string which was tough to cut out before assembling. I would urge that we should not but that white string rather provide them without tied together.Customer Service : 100 out of 100. I had a missing rain drop and the customer service really took my request seriously and they were really quick with the additional drops. I really loved the prompt and effective services rendered.

It's beautiful and definitely a wow factor but God it's so so hard to install. Took us 4 to 5 hours and 3 people. Each crystal needs to be attached in the hook and than each strand if crystal needs to hook on the silver frame. Plus connecting to the ceiling is very hard. After all the hard work it does look beautiful.

Let me start by saying Thank You to the seller. I need the chandelier much before than the stated timeframe of the listing. Still I made the purchase and contacted the seller. Tom was very helpful and shipped it next day. I received it 2 weeks before I needed. Thank youNow, the chandelier itself is beautiful. I was a little smaller than expected and assembly took almost 6 hours to professional. But, the outcome is beautiful. Crystals are very solid too. My 4 year old took couple from the box and started running and dropped them on th hardwood floor but no damage or scratch.We love it! Thank you

This chandelier is beautiful and very well made. It does not come with the light bulbs which is kind of frustrating for the price...IF installed with "proper hardware" I highly recommend it and it's true and beautiful! However..... Using the included hardware to hang from a sheetrock ceiling...this is absolutely insane and dangerous in my opinion! The chandelier weighs at least a 100 lbs with all the glass and crystals installed. Included in the box are 4 plastic wall fasteners, some sheetrock screws and some washers 🤦 it also comes with some metal wall fasteners that are supposed to flare out and secure in the ceiling, but they do not work, and are poorly designed. If you purchase this chandelier you should absolutely under no circumstances hang this massive chandelier from 4 small plastic wall fasteners! I ordered from Amazon 4 all metal toggle bolts and use them for the proper installation hardware. I am now confident it won't fall out of the ceiling and crush my family! 👍

It is more beautiful in person than the picture. I was afraid it might be "too much" but it's not. It's actually more delicate looking in person than in the photo. BUT it IS noticeable. It enhances, but it doesn't slap you in the face if you know what I mean. Simply perfect for our dining room.

It is exactly has advertised, it looks gorgeous and easy to install. This lamp was set at the lobby of a 20-story high condominium. Seller is very expedient when answering questions. Great buy 😊😊

Don't be fooled by the fact this chandelier is reasonably priced - it's absolutely stunning when it's up. It arrived well packaged and within said delivery time. It takes a bit of work to put it together, but I enjoyed doing it and the end result is beautiful. It's in my entrance hall and makes a bold statement - I will be buying from this company again. Great value and an awesome product
