1. Comfort: Super Comfortable, Soft and Gives a Good Support to the Head, Back. Really Helps in reducing the reflux from coming up. Once you Start using this, its very difficult to sleep without it. The material Used is quite good, doesn't slump and gives optimal support required.2. The Packaging is Quite good, Although Over Use of PolyBag - there were 3 Layers of PolyBag which is Not an Environment friendly packaging - My Suggestion to Seller - Please Reduce 2 Layers of PolyBags, if you are Shipping on Corrugated box, its not going to get Damaged.3. Pricing - Its a Bit Expensive for a Wedge, the memory foam is not that expensive, but since its a Niche product, may be the seller as priced it more. Pricing needs to be More Competitive4. Size: Perfect Size, neither too small nor too large - optimal Size5. Cover - the Cover Shown in the Photo is White, whereas what I received is Navy Blue. I don't mind it, since dark colors are easy to maintain, But there is a difference in product description. Also, the Cover doesn't seem like 100% Cotton as Claimed, but its comfortable.Overall - a Good product.

I got this to help me out last year with acid reflux and discomfort while sleeping. The doctor advised to sleep at an incline so the bad stuff has difficulty in travelling upwards the food pipe. I got this with a little apprehension as it is so expensive for its size - almost half price of a queen size mattress. It did help actually and atleast the discomfort was lesser than expected. What really helped me was lifestyle and diet changes. I am glad that I dont need this anymore.Also I would say its well constructed and has enough support for men as well. It would be nice if they could provide a cover to improve longevity.

I'm using this pillow for a backrest for sitting against a wall. I struggled to find a comfortable way to sit against our wall. This wedge pillow has worked nicely by putting it vertically against the wall in combination with various pillows. Laying flat it feels nice, but I still like to add a bed pillow. My wife likes it without extra pillows. It is quite soft and also supportive. It's expensive but it is certainly high quality and has met my expectations. If you can stomach the price, I think you'll like this wedge pillow.

My husband had severe snooring and sleep apnea problem. This pillow has helped him a lot and he is able to sleep comfortabily. The snooring is almost gone. Very much recommended for anybody with this problem. I felt the cost is bit high. But I am happy that it has helped to resolve 2 major issues which he has been suffering since several years.

it’s a decent product but there is no after sales service. the pillow cover got torn and we can’t get such pillow covers in local stores. I contacted metron customer care few times but they just won’t send the pillow cover even though im willing to pay for it. it’s an expensive pillow which costs 4k now it’s lying here unusable. better go for other brands which actually have better customer care and those that allow us to buy pillow covers later on.

The product is good and soft.The only issue that forced me to opt to returning the product is small length. It is because of erroneous dimensions provided in the description.The correct dimensions are 24Lx28Wx8H and not what one may construe from what is given in the description 28x24x8. The way the dimensions are given it will be presumed that 28Lx24Wx8H - which sadly is incorrect. The quality of the zipper cover is also not in line with the price of the product.Hope this helps other buyers.

I bought the larger wedge pillow to use in the bedroom and the smaller wedge pillow to use in the living room but ended up using the smaller one in the bedroom as it's much more comfortable.Large Wedge Pillow:For few weeks I tried sleeping on the larger wedge pillow and although it's firm and comfortable, I couldn't get a proper sleep in this. Without using a separate pillow, the wedge is comfortable to sleep on the back and front but is uncomfortable to sleep on the sides, I would wake up in the middle of the night unable to sleep on the sides. Using a separate pillow, the wedge is comfortable to sleep on the back and sides but uncomfortable to sleep on the front, I would wake up in the morning with neck cramps because I slept on the front.Smaller Wedge Pillow:I bought this for the living room but since I wasn't able to get good sleep with the larger wedge pillow, I gave the smaller wedge pillow a try and this one ended up being perfect for the bedroom, I can sleep on the front/back/sides without any issues and there is no need for a separate pillow. I would recommend covering the wedge pillow with a comforter to get the soft feel of pillow and also to protect the wedge cover.
