For my daughter’s birthday I wanted to make a ton of mini heart cakes and these were PERFECT! They are made of a non-stick material and very leak proof. It's also really convenient to be able to take off the edges so you have a perfectly shaped cake! I think that the spring part is a little stiff and it's hard to get back together once you take it off once, but it's okay. The batter didn't stick and after washing them they looked good as new again. These will be perfect for my daughter's party to be able to give each person their own cake. I highly recommend these. For a scale on size I have them sitting on top of my laptop on my tv tray, so they're quite large for an individual person, but they are also not too large. I'd say they're similar in size to a jumbo cupcake and they were a huge hit! They're perfect for valentine's parties to make each kid their own and I also plan on making a bunch of cakes for my daughter's end of year cheer party. I love you can customize and make each kid their own flavor.

They work but are flimsey.2 came apart but I was able to slide them back together with some effert.
