The best bike lock is the one you actually carry and use. I won't accidentally set it down or forget it because I'm pretty sure I would notice if I was riding without a seat.After 200 commuter miles it seems durable and comfortable, perfect for my use. It's a great value, costing as much as a regular FoldyLock but with a novel attachment that you don't even notice until you need it.The only problem is that it raises the seat. I'm freakishly tall so it's not a problem but shorter riders may want to keep the box for returns.

Very quick and easy to use. I have ridden for 4+ hours in comfort on it. Seems very sturdy (no one has tried to mess with it yet). I have gotten many comments about how nice it looks on my bike and the convenience is unbeatable.

It really is both seat and folding lock. The only problem I had was the adapter (which holds it on the bike) worked loose. Now I carry my Allen keys with me when I ride. I understand that some people pay more just for a folding lock.

I love this thing for its convenience. It seems very secure. I have a large mountain bike and I have been able to easily secure it through the frame and a wheel.

Really nice materials, comfortable, comes with replacement keys in case you lose your key and different colors for you to choose from. I would buy it again without question!

UPDATE: I no longer use the seatylock at all since the seat snapped off the lock portion…..and I never heard back from the company either about replacing it, so in the trash it is goingSo the idea is awesome and super convenient; I was very excited about having one less thing to carry around. That being said, this is poorly constructed.The comfort of the seat is passable, not the most comfortable but not the best either.The issue comes with the actual tabs that hold the seat down when you are riding on it: they are made of plastic! They broke on my first outing so now the seat doesn’t stay down while it is attached to the bike. In fact, the entire folding bolt is cover in a hard plastic layer that came worn down in the sections of the plastic that touch the metal lockThis doesn’t affect the locking and unlocking of the bolt and is probably still relatively secure, but the seat now bounces up and can pull the seat off the holder.

The media could not be loaded.  If you can use a wrench you can attach this seat. Check out the video I attached to my review.I love the use-ability of this lock, I used to use a regular chain that was bulky and rattled around while riding. This seat lock combo allows for a quiet ride. It is super durable as well!The flow to deatch the seat and lock the bike took me about a day to master. Now I can do it in less than the described 10 seconds. Same with unlocking the bike, and reattaching the seat. The actual locking part is long enough to go around bike racks, poles, rails, and some small trees!I opted for more narrow seat, which is plenty wide for me. I went for the black with the lime green accents, but wishing I went for the red or white!The best part is that my bike seat will not get stolen as it has in the past!In conclusion, I would highly recommend.

It's a great idea. No need to carry anything extra, and no stolen seat. The seats a little uncomfortable on long rides.

Brilliant lock fits very easily on the bike. Now just another adapter for my other bike.
