Premium Roach Chow for Dubia & Crickets with Super Foods - Ca:P Balanced (24oz)

This is the second time I have ordered this roach chow. My former brand seems to have been discontinued, so I took a chance on this. I’m so happy I did. My Dubia colony is thriving like crazy!!! There are so many plump new babies in my container, and this stuff gets chomped down so fast every time I put it in for my critters. They love it. Also, I’ve been getting lots of fresh molts every day. My roaches are very plump and healthy, and my dragon is loving them.

My dubias were eating roach chow from other sources and loving it. I bought this stuff because it was cheaper. Big mistake. My bugs would barely touch it. Also, it contains dried MILK so even a little moisture turns it into a foul rotten milk stink within a couple hours. Heaven forbid you are gone at work and don't notice it all day, when you get back your room will smell like rotten milk for a week even after you clean it out. This stuff was vile. My dog, who used to try to steal roach chow from the other source, made his "gross" face and wouldn't touch this stuff. My dog.. dogs happily eat roadkill and poop if you don't stop them. That says a lot.

Had some misgivings about ordering this for crickets (for bearded dragons and an insectivore rescue bird) because the reviews were primarily about roaches. I am getting ready to reorder, as the crickets have done consistently well on it, and really seem to chow down on it (as evidenced by the times I refill their small dishes). So, if you are looking for a nutritious, well-received cricket food, look no further and try this.

My Dubia roaches like this chow and I've tried 2 others that they wouldn't touch. Once they are older they aren't as picky but mine are still young so they are still really picky!!!! I love that there are so many good ingredients in this chow and no corn fillers or dog/cat food. Also it's a GREAT price for the large quantity you recieve. Please don't ever stop making this great product !! :)

Food for dubias. Bag arrives very full. Which is great but be careful opening. ( I made a mess) keeps my dubias fed , which makes me happy as they feed my reptiles.

My roaches haven’t taken to it quite as quickly as I would’ve hoped BUT I love this seller!!! I love that all the ingredients were on the bag. The delivery packaged was mangled but not the bag of food. I would definitely buy again!!

My roaches live this food. The nymphs (1/4-1/2 inch) go crazy for this stuff. They burrow into it and eat tons of it. My breeding adult roaches are a little more reserved, but they eat it as well.

I do not like the consistency of this product. It’s absolutely like powder. I will not be purchasing again. I will go back to the more costly product.
