Weight Loss Workouts with Violet Zaki
I have been doing Leslie Sansone workouts since 2001 and I felt like I needed a challenge but not being a trained professional dancer I couldnt keep up with most of the workouts and their gimmicks (steps, rocks, weights)so I tried this as a last resort. I am so glad I did. This is a very challenging workout and I know I missed some of the proper moves on the first try but Violet is so encouraging. When she said she once had a weight problem I thought Huh? no way,she looks awesome. That motivated me to keep trying. What totally sold me on this workout was the modification. I mostly modified the workout but one some moves I was able to follow Violet and that was so encouraging. I love the Yoga inspired cool down. And I love the breaks she gives you - even the one with instructions which I read were a problem for other reviewers - I actually embraced the time she talked as a rest and got ready to work hard again. I do Leslie Sansone in the morning because I know it isnt a challenge for me and will get my blood pumping and in the evening I pump up my workout with one of her harder workouts or this DVD - Great Purchase! I almost cancelled the order because of other DVD's I purchased claimed to be modified but actually werent modified at all but I waited too long and it shipped and I am so glad I didnt cancel it - this will be a favorite for a long time to come. And since I got the 3-DVD set I saved money and got 6 amazing workouts I can do anytime.

Good value for the money
The only criticism I have is the inability to program the full 40 minute workout without the introductions before each segment. Otherwise no complaints. The cardio sculpt and the Pilates discs are very good.

Violet Zaki is the best!
Violet Zaki is one of my fave trainers. She targets all the areas that interest me in conditioning. I've used her DVDs for years and dont get bored of them. I'm new to the Kristen McGee Pilates video but her workout is also superb. It really works ab area and thighs. Pilates are tough as I've had 5 kids but after a week of working out with alternating her and Zaki's DVDs I feel and see improvement. Not a large person to begin with but it sure feels great getting toned and fit

Highly Recomnend
I already owned one of these DVD's, and I really like Violet, so it seemed absolutely right to purchase this set. It was a great deal and I recommend these workouts to people trying to lose weight and get into shape. None of the workouts are too hard, yet you feel great for doing them. I'm 54 yes old and I've lost 40 pounds in the past year. Violet is one of my go to workouts. I highly recommend this DVD Set.

Love these workouts!!!
I have been using the 2 Violet Zaki videos for weeks now. She is great. I love the way she always says something positive. It keeps you motivated. The workouts are challenging, but yet anyone could do them. She cues you in plenty of time so you know what's coming next. I hate workouts that do a move and by the time you catch on they are on to something else. Not with these videos. She always shows how a beginner can do the routine, as well as a seasoned pro. I highly recommend this product if you want to lose weight and tone up.

Love it!
OK so I bought this thinking it was only one DVD, I was wrong! It has 3 DVDs: Weight Loss Cardio Kick, Weight Loss Cardio Sculpt (both with Violet Saki) and Weight Loss Pilates (with another Instructor. My favorite is the Cardio Kick, all dvds come with 2 different workouts that you can alternate between or do both, I usually do both and I love them! The Pilates is very challenging and it does not have a beginner version.. so I would recommend to take it easy on that one. Other than that, alternate them all so you can work out all week and don't get bored.

Spectacular!
Amazing! Violet Zaki so motivating, thorough,and the workouts are challenging, doable, love her cues, love getting my heart rate up then switch over to some unique strength training. Especially love the kick boxing workouts, making it doable, gentle on the joints, but challenging. Intense workout for 30+ minutes. The cooldowns are equally amazing and thorough. So much packed into one workout. I alternate cardio day, strength day, cardio day, etc. Getting toned and with less time involved.

Great workouts
I enjoy all the workouts in this package. I've tried several other DVDs, ie. Jillian Michaels, 10 minute trainer, etc. and I like this the best. It might not be as intense but it makes you want to come back for more because its doable and not physically exhausting. Plus you can add more weights to increase intensity as you go along. Wished I'd purchased this first.

Bit different...
Quite good fun and have to say really nice to see her two side kicks were not females borrowed from a model agency! Normal girls with imperfections, felt right at home! The yoga DVD with Kristin McGee isn't for beginners, you really need to have obtained substantial core muscles for alot of her workout, no beginner/intermediate sections. Would only recommend this if you're already quite expert at yoga and were looking for something different with an Aussie twang :-)
