Professional Beekeeper Suit (Include Jacket, Pants, Gloves, Scraper) White

This is a great deal for your money! It is my first year keeping bees and this has been a great purchase! It is one size fits all, though it has the same limitations most one size fits all have. There is a zipper under the face netting which is very convenient. If you need to adjust your hair or glasses, you do not have to take the whole top off. The gloves are easy to work in and the tool is a must. The one thing I would want to make sure others know is to be careful that the face netting will get very close to your face when you bend over (that doesn’t happen with the dome top bee suit, though those are more expensive). I got stung on my chin when I first wore it but now I know that I need to hold the netting out when bending down/over and have not been stung again. It is easy to avoid but good to be aware of.

Got it for bees

As just beginner in honey farming with 2 hives to be installed. AND not knowing whether this wouldbe hobby that would be continued in coming years, I needed investments that were as low as possiblewithout having detrimental deficiencies. I found this set to be perfectly functional for my occasional use.I have used this probably about 10 times so far. I have used it to eradicate yellow jacket colonies as well.The attire is perfectly usable, although it does not have zipper around the head piece. The top is pull overtype so if you need to scratch your ears, or drink water, you must take off the top. Other than this i havenot had any sting while wearing this suite. I had yesterday, literally bees bouncing off the head piece inswarm and I was not concerned.The set comes with the pants (I have not worn pants in last couple of opening of hives) Just wearingjean is protection enough. But, pants comes along and it is a decent quality. The gloves are of good enoughquality. Yesterday I was watching as several honey bee tried to insert their stinger into the gloves withall their persistent effort, but gloves protected me just fine.I usually wear long sleeve shirt on top before pulling over the top. So, far I have stung at all even during invasivehive inspection. Overall, for a starter of this hobby, this set is highly recommended. Although I know of bettermade suite, but ones that I was looking at cost 6x times the cost of this set. And it does come with the perfectlyusable tool which I have used and have no complaint, although I have other tools which I prefer.It is good set to get going on this hobby.

If you are an adult I would avoid this as it runs small. However I purchased this for my 10 year old who wants to start beekeeping with me this year. Fits her perfectly and provides protection. My only tip would be make sure you have a baseball cap on under the hood to keep the net away from your face or you will get stung.

I had a couple nests around my home and in the attic. I'm not allergic, but don't want to get stung either. Ordered this and was very happy with the fit and finish. I did have a few land on me and never got stung. Great value for the price and the added tool came in handy too.

Great suit, but XXL is unlikely to fit a waist bigger than 34@

cheap fabric. very uncomfortable. it's a pullover, not breathable, very hot. tears easily. should have spent the money and bought a better quality zip up suit.

We had wasps inside the siding on the side of our house. Sprays were ineffective. I called 2 local pest control companies and they said they weren't taking any new business at this time. Unbelievable. So I researched online and ordered this bee suit for my husband. Also ordered some pest control powder and a tool to use from a different site. The bee suit worked great. He put it on over jeans and long sleeve shirt and used the gloves that came with it plus another pair of heavy duty rubber gloves on top of them. The wasps swarmed him but were not able to sting him as he applied the powder to the underside of the opening in the siding. And best of all? The powder appears to have killed the wasps ….. we have not seen any wasps go in and out all day today. Previously there were many with 6-7 always flying around the area. We were thinking he might have to do this more than once but maybe not.....we will give it a few days and see. Anyway the bee suit gave him the confidence to take care of the problem without fear of getting stung. He's been stung a few times so is very leery of the yellow jackets. We weren't expecting much for this price but the material was better than we expected.

The suit fits well and it's great! Would recommend.
