It's a good book for organic chemistry however quality of paper is like pamplets you get in news papers. Book has no solutions only keys (which is famous for errors however now book has undergone multiple revisions so things are better) . All in All buy this book but also solve Ms Chauhan elementary Jee version as it has solution book.

The Amazon delivery was prompt and perfect as usual.About the book, I find it more challenging than MS Chauhan and each question gives a new opportunity to stretch your limits for organic Chemistry

# PHYSICAL CONDITIONS:though the book seemed to be damaged (reason for 4 stars!).....the content, pages were all well intact, all the sides were printed and clear.# HOW I USED IT: Well! It is the best book for JEE mains and advance aspirants.# !@#$ "NOTE" $#@! : THE BOOK HAS ONLY QUESTIONS AND HAS ONLY ANSWER KEY!!!!.......# yes the book has ONLY QUESTIONS ( NO THEORY CONTENT) and covers "only" the organic part of the syllabus, (that is the two chapters in class 11 and the remaining in class 12.........!NCERT!). IT DOES """NOT""" HAVE SOLUTIONS FOR THE QUESTIONS.....I GUESS THE AUTHORS HAD MADE IT SO THAT WE SHOULD DO THE QUESTIONS ALONG WITH OUR TEACHERS OR PEERS.# questions are given in the format of a JEE advanced question paper, but helpful for anyone......as GENERAL ENTRANCE EXAMS aspirant (....I, know it's silly, but still can't help it), I personally found the book handy!# the book has lots and lots of questions,.....JUST...duh....IT JUST GIVES A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF THE SUBJECT, considering the fact that you do A LOAD OF questions.# if you ask whether the questions in the books are of class 11 and 12 standard, i would say yes, yet some questions require a lot of *researching*BONUS: my friend, who got selected in KVPY SX stream ( not sure about the stream, but during his 12th standard) 2018, had completed the full book and was so confident that he chose to give a lecture or project kind of, on organic chemistry.....where usually people don't choose organic chemistry as a topic to give a lecture on! and he says, the book is bad, JUST BECAUSE, it does not have any solutions for the questions.

Content is no doubt, as good as they preach. However, in the book that I received, from pages 161 to 177, all the question numbering was wrong. There were pages which has only 4 questions, but 5 numbers. One of my friends, who also bought the book on amazon, had a different problem, his order of numbering was wrong. Like, after question 83, it was question 115, then after question 130 was question 84 and onwards. Although I have seen some books where everything was correct. And mind you, it is the same publisher, same title, same author, same edition (Feb 2017). This might seem insignificant, but it is hopelessly painful to check your answers in these cases. Therefore, don't buy this online, buy it from a physical store after personally examining every page of this book.

Best book for organic chemistry practice and for cracking competitive exams .Should definitely buy it .

Amazing book. You have zero theory in this and all-rounder questions from all over the syllabus for JEE. You can achieve great score in specifically Organic Chemistry by clearing the concepts from NCERT textbooks and practicing the concepts from this book.

Mine wasn't like a new book in the front. It looked too much tampered without any covering and some five pages inside where like double printed front and back which made the questions unclear and disturbing to look at. I didn't want to replace as i can adjust and also because it may take time. If you want to know about the content of the book then undoubtedly its awesome. This will help you both in Neet and any other medical entrances or Engg entrances. But buy it well in advance (i.e atleast some three months before the exam so that you can practise it well)
