For what I need, why buy an expensive tablet? I've had an Apple iPad and within a few years, it no longer updated many apps, so why spend all that money? I could buy one of these a year for several years and still save money. Plus, Apple connectors (at the time, and demonstrated by my purchases of cords for iPads and iPods on Amazon) were a pain in the you know what. I don't need powerful computing. I read. Surf the web. I also have plenty of external storage. And there are two sim cards, although I don't need that, I can see that for some it would work for business and work.

I attempted to add extra memory in the SD slot and the chip fell into the tablet. I was rattling around inside for a few minutes before I was able to pry it out. It is a fast tablet with plenty of storage preinstalled, but I was disappointed that I could not add more.

I love the sound and the size of this tablet. My kids really enjoy playing all their games. The speed is fast. Easy to install apps through Google play.

I thought this was a good investment but I was wrong. The battery life on this tablet sucks! It takes FOREVER to charge and it can't hold any kind of battery life at all! I bought this for my 7 year old and I regret it. He had a kindle fire 8 at first. I should have just stuck with the kindle fire 10. In fact that's what im going back to ASAP!

I purchased this item specifically to use with my cellular network. Bell (Canada) provided me with a new full-sized SIM card which is what this device requires. We (the store rep and I) could never get it to fit into the SIM-1 slot. It slid in part way but it's almost as if the slot was slightly too small by literally a hair. Either that, or there was something else obstructing the slot. In some act of pure magic, the Bell rep finally got it into the SIM22 slot. Once in place, the tablet recognized the card and the Bell network. I could select SIM-2 as the default for my cell network. Unfortunately, it never did connect and remained in a "No Service" state. The SIM card, for the record, worked just fine in another tablet I bought later in the evening when I got tired of fighting with this one. This tablet did connect to my Wi-Fi network without difficulty, but of course this is of very limited use to me. It was nice to see a screen protector provided with the device, however despite the numerous protectors I've applied over the years with no problem, it was impossible to apply this one without bubbles. Overall I'm pretty disappointed with this item. I didn't expect blazing performance or a crystal clear display/pics for $160, but I did expect to be able to use the features advertised.
