Received the wrong painting TWICE
I wanted a paint by numbers kit to have something to do in my spare time. I loved this Cherry Blossom painting and ordered the kit. A few days later I received the kit and it did include everything needed: paint, brushes, and small easel. However, when I pulled out the canvas, it was not the Cherry Blossom design I was expecting. It was a painting called Reflection which featured an autumn tree with orange leaves. Thinking it was just an error in shipping I returned it and ordered a second one. However, again, I did not receive the Cherry Blossom canvas and again received the orange tree. Even upon inspection of the kit box there’s a label that says Cherry Blossom so I’m really confused as to why that was not in the kit. Really disappointing.

Not what I ordered
I do not receive the Cherry Blossoms design as pictured, which was most disappointing since I picked this design to match a specific room in my house. However, I also love doing these paint by numbers kits for fun so I used it anyway. Still fun, but not what I wanted and now I have nothing to for my room.
