I really like these pillows and was so happy to find it in the body pillow size.

I have bad collagen (Ehlers Danlos, so my joints essentially dislocate while I'm sleeping. All I've been able to find in my 40 years is fluffy body pillows and memory foam everything-else. Nope. My joints weren't having it. I was literally flat on my back on the patio (first time ever) praying my new latex body pillow would finally make it out of USPS limbo, aaaaaaaaand that it wouldn't be TOO firm, cuz I can't afford another round at the chiropractor. :(. Well, this is cushy AND supportive, exactly what I needed... A body pillow that wouldn't collapse in me 2 hours into the night. I will update if there are problems... Always do... But so far the latex odor is mold and I can't wait to sleep in alignment. Yay for latex!!!

I only use latex pillows b/c i can't be bothered to fluff pillows, and latex pillows keep their shape. Bought this body pillow b/c it's also latex and was described as "soft medium." I slept w/ it for a few nights and thought it seemed a bit hard for being labeled "19 ILD," which is the industry standard for soft. Went to break down the 2 boxes it came in - one internal box , and one external shipping box for recycling. Saw two stickers on the internal box labeled "latex body pillow" and "FIRM." So i'm thinking i was shipped a FIRM pillow and not soft medium as described. Can't be bothered to rebox and schlepping to the post office - not happy being sent an item which by the way, isn't even available as a choice to begin!!
