I purchased these based on our Doctor’s recommendation to increase the DHA in our children’s diet for brain development. Switched to these from the liquid around 18 months. The liquid was so messy (and stinky) and these are much easier. My toddler asks for his “vitamins” every day. There’s still a fishy smell, but he chews them up no problem. They’re about the size of a pea.

I have two kids they seem to look forward to taking this daily. My oldest has no problems swallowing and my youngest chews it and calls it candy.

I can’t get my 4 year old to swallow them and if you chew them it’s absolutely disgusting. Orange flavored.. yeah. Orange flavored fish oil. I don’t know what I was expecting tbh but this ain’t it! Probably great for you but virtually useless unless you/your kid can swallow softgels.
