Gluey - Lagoon Blue

Nice little pen but not really suitable for long jobs as only takes small glue sticks but apart from that I would recommend

Good quality item as usual from Bosch It’s more compact size is ideal spot gluing small items are use this for gluing clamping blocks in place That don’t require a lot of glue the tool heats up quickly but I have found you need to keep the battery charged up to get the maximum heat to melt the glue and the batteries are recharged in the USB charger that is supplied and it comes with a few small sticks of glue because of its size you have to keep constantly refilling The gun with glue sticks so if you are looking to glue a large area then this is not the tool for you but the small items where you need a tool that heats up quickly and this is ideal also the nozzle is easy to clean the tool has a light to tell you what is up to temperature Overall I have been pleased with this item it’s arrived well packaged and was as described by the seller and I would definitely buy this again

This pen is good but only if you hold it just right with the opening facing the ceiling otherwise the glue stick drops out. It takes thin glue sticks and you can buy a big batch and just cut them small to pop into the opening. Its quite a simple idea. The red slider bit just pushes the end of the glue down into the nib end. So, if you stop pushing and turn the pen a bit the glue stick drops out. It is wireless. It comes with 2 AA rechargable batteries that slot into the pen. You remove the batteries from the pen and put them in the supplies battery charger to recharge.

My brother originally bought one and after using his a couple of times I was really impressed.It is great to not be tied to a wall socket. It's size means that it can be kept handy and it heats up quickly.The slide for pushing the glue sticks forward takes a little getting used to but was great after I got used to it.

It looks very friendly and safe to use. The glue loading area is quite short. I got some normal glue sticks and just chopped them to the same size as those supplied. Each little supplied glue stick only lasts a couple of cm of gluing before stopping. Pressing the button it soon runs out of travel as the glue runs out. Giving little feedback on how much glue is being dispensed. Nice idea. A little poorly executed. Probably worth while for very small school projects for kids.

Excellent glue pen. Quality from BOSCH. Unfortunately, the space for glue sticks is very short. Not optimal when used in a larger context. Versatile range of glue sticks.

The glue sticks that came with it were a mixture of colour and clear. The coloured ones were not sticky once dry and went hard. Items were easily pulled apart, possibly down to the fact that they had colourant in them. The clear ones were fine. Maybe the coloured ones are not really for sticking things but for decoration though they would still dry hard and chip off of a surface.
