eVogues Plus Size Zipper Front Belt Accented Mini Dress Black

Great little black dress - or shirt.Looks wonderful with black leggings and heels. I'm tall so it's more of a long shirt than a mini skirt on me... it's a fine line I guess... but for the club it works either way. Also looks nice with slim fit jeans.It's hard to tell from the silhouette but the neck is very wide and deep. Almost off the shoulder with lots of "hello" cleavage so you'll need a really low cut bra.. think a "U or V plunge bra" with wide set, embellished, or clear straps or even better a backless/ strapless style "stick on" bra a with this. It does gives a good bit of cleavage but I don't think it's too over the top. Again, I got this for the club so that was more of the look I wanted. The belt fell apart so minus 1 star for that. I have tons of wide black belts and other colored belts as I sure most women do, so not a big deal to me. Also, sometimes the zipper gets stuck or doesn't want to zip at the bottom so don't unzip it all the way, just low enough to get the dress on and off (if you need to) and leave it at that. This hides all the lumps and bumps with the pleats and fabric, so I didn't need any shape ware though I personally always feel like things look better with it on. That's psychological though because the boy friend couldn't tell the difference either way. He's a graphic artist with and is very honest with a good eye (both an awesome and exhausting quality sometimes). He enjoys me in this dress btw.

I ordered the 3x because I wasn't sure about the sizes. It fit like a glove. A provocative glove. I have a bit extra on top and in back so i figured it would be safe to go with a 3x and if i had ordered a 2x i wouldn't have been able to zip it. A word to those with a bit more in the rear, the dress will be somewhat short. I expected it to hit just above the knee and that's not happening. I don't mind much though, it looks great. My only problem is that it's a bit wide about the shoulders.

After 22 years of marriage and the kids almost raised, Hubby and I are going to Vegas for our Anniversary. I need to be HOT, so I gave this dress a try. Exactly as others have reviewed, it's pretty darn short, and if you don't sit right or bend over with without having your legs tight together and knees very bent, then your wadilahoochie or squishy tushy might get exposed, but for this occassion- perfect! If you have good legs too, then this dress is a must. This dress accents cleavage nicely. I ordered up 2 sizes and it is perfect. To help you compare, I have a broad upper back, my tush is not over sized and my front/ sides have little curves. I am just big in general and a board like way. My measurements,do not change much hips to waist to beneath bust line. I normally wear a pants JR size 15/17 and womens 14/16 and tops are an XL. I am 5'6. Measurments are 39 waist, 42 hips, 42 beneath bust and 47 fullest part of bust. I ordered a 3X based on other reviews and I would not exchange it for the world! It is double lined so while it has nice stretch for comfort, it is not a huge amount so I think that plays a part in everyone saying order up. It is flattering and the belt brings out the look of curves on my board like figure. I just ripped the tag out and I am forgetting how big I had to order it! I hope this review helps you!

This DRESS IS GORGEOUS but I can only give it 3 stars because it runs 2 sizes smaller it is VERY short and I threw away my packaging b4 I even tried it on because usually EVERYTHING else I order from eVogues fits perfectly SO BEAUTIFUL DRESS BUT ORDER UP 2 sizes if the don't have the up size DONT PURCHASE

This .... is not made long enough for the ladies with any height. You need to be below 5'8" to attempt this dress. I would have to wear a skirt under the skirt because your @$$ will hang out if you try this!On the other side of this - loved the dress and love the style. This fit perfect, and 3X size did accommodate having DDDs ... This is a stretchy material and better yet - its double and gathered to give more definition to the body. Perfect for a casual dress evening.

It's great. Like with any clothes, be careful with the zipper (it's not a backpack or a winter coat). I love the ruched material, it's hides what I want hidden. It's comfortable and it's breathes well so I imagine wearing it in a hot nightclub wouldn't be any more uncomfortably hot than it already is. I love the stretchy belt - I have a few other outfits it'll look neat with.Here's who I am and how it fits me:It's mighty short. I'm 5'6" or so and it's right under my butt, but hey -- no complaints from my personal peanut gallery ;) I wear a size 17 junior in stretchy jeans, usually an XL in tops. I have a slight hourglass-shaped figure, and lots of muscle on my thighs. I'm definitely not skinny, but I have a figure. My bra size is a 42DDD. My arms are not pretty, hence why I love the sleeves. I bought this in a 2XL based on the measurements in the description of this dress. Fits perfectly. Hopefully this helps someone decide if it'll fit and to try it out!

The one thing I don't like about this dress is that I think the zipper looks a little cheap and isn't always easy/smooth to zip up.I am 5'4" and I feel like it's short but still decent on me. Not sure I'd wear it if I was tall. Also, probably because I am on the short side, the belt hit me in an odd place and looked out of proportion, but that was an easy fix.I normally wear a 14 or 16 and the 3X fit well. It's very flattering and sexy.
