The protective layer meant to catch leaks if a tampon or pad fails runs down the middle of the panty from the waistline in the rear, down through the legs, and then stops at the seam where the front and back pieces come together. It seems to me that it really needs to run the full way from front to back to truly be effective. For example, if I were sleeping on my back as usual, and had a leak, I'd be fine, but sleeping on my stomach and having a leak would still be disastrous. This is unfortunately a deal breaker for me.

I bought these hoping it would offer comprehensive protection during my messiest time of the month.It sort of works, only with another form of protection though.The fabric of the panties is pretty nice and very stretchy and silky.However, the legs are too tight and the crotch too wide, making them uncomfortable to wear. I stretched them as much as I could, and this should get better with multiple wearings/washings. They also have a larger size range than others, which is very nice.The protection only goes on the back but not the front, so I had some spillage out the front.I would definitely try a different variety. next time.

I've been having leakage issues during my period when I go to bed and I've finally decided to purchase some menstruel panties, these seemed to be the best value out of all the results. Works pretty well so far. I wear an overnight pad along with the underwear. Since I sleep on my back, I have no problem with the coverage only being halfway. I've read others saying that the fit was too small, I'm a big girl (waist size 16) with pretty thick thighs, didn't have a problem wearing these and it didn't feel constricting but I only wear them when I go to bed.

I find writing reviews to be time consuming especially since it am satisfied with my purchase. This particular purchase didn't make the cut..... The panties came individually rolled, neatly in a see through package. As I unrolled each pair, it was visibly noticeable that the sizes varied. While the are soft to the touch, the inner lining stops mid crotch. I have other pairs of period panties by another company and just wanted a few more for light days. While this was an inexpensive purchase, I have learned my lesson, which is to stick with what works.

These fit fine. I ordered XL and am a size 12 for reference. I don't notice any noise. The thing I don't care for is the waterproof layer stops right at the front crotch seam and it doesn't completely cover where you really need it most. The waterproofing does go up the entire backside though..maybe if you wore them backwards it would work :/ These could be better.Update: seller contacted me and they are going to update their product. It sounds like the xl size is the only ones that don't have the waterproof in the front panel. I appreciate their quick response. Good seller here on Amazon.

THE LINING ON THESE ENDS MID-CROTCH. These are good as a backup for something else like a pad, cup, tampon etc, but NOT as your only menstural product. They are pretty good quality, but run at least one size small and do have a bit of a plastic crinkle. The biggest disappointment is the lack of coverage in the front of the crotch, the extra lining ends right at the seam. They're ok at night but nearly useless during the day. I would not buy them again.

Run very small (or maybe just oddly cut) and weird feeling fabric. My daughter hated them. She's very athletic with muscular legs and these were so tight on the leg holes she couldn't wear them.

These are Asian sizes, so order larger than you think. I ordered large, but they were too small (I'm about 120 lbs, 5'9 1/2"), so I'll be returning them and I might order XL next time. They seem like nice and sturdy underwear, but the waterproof lining stops at the crotch. These would be good for daily wear, but there are other underwear brands, like Yoyi and Funcy that go higher up the crotch, so pay attention to the item pictures.
