Paul Mitchell Clarifying Shampoo Two

Have never used a clarifying shampoo so wanted a decent one. It's lovely, hair feels really clean after, I use it once a week to clean out hairspray etc

This is a great shampoo with a lemon fragrance which removes build up and leaves your hair soft, shiny so clean - Absolutely Fab. However, be careful where you buy it because when I ordered a Paul Mitchell 2 shampoo 1000ml from Look Fantastic (via Amazon) they failed to fulfil their order and sent me a 300ml bottle instead. When I contacted they to say how disappointed I was and requested either a replacement 1000ml or a refund of 2/3 as they had supplied me with less than 1/3 of the advertised product they could only offer me a £3 refund with the excuse that an error had been made in the warehouse. I had the option of returning the product for a full refund but after waiting for a full week for delivery I didn't want the added inconvenience of packing the product up, taking it to the post office etc. and weighing everything up I did wonder if I would actually get a refund as my experience so far was not very positive. What I really wanted was the Paul Mitchelll Shampoo 2 1000ml that was advertised and that I ordered and paid for. On reading other customer reviews on Look Fantastic I found that a few other customers had experienced the same problem with the 1000ml bottle of Paul Mitchell Shampoo so clearly this false advertising is a tactic to lure unsuspecting buyers to order the large bottle of Shampoo at a bargain price and then Look Fantastic just send them a 300ml bottle instead. ADVICE: IF THE OFFER LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS - ESPECIALLY WITH LOOK FANTASTIC (VIA AMAZON). I have rated the shampoo 5 star but I would rate Look Fantastic 1 star - absolutely appalling and as a loyal Amazon customer I am surprised they allow such a company to sell through their website. It's a disgrace.

Have always used Paul Mitchell since discovering it in the late 80s at the salon. Again it’s pricey to our fade from the salon so I buy on line as it it really gives a good deep clean and removes all products.

Makes hair feel squeaky clean without drying it out

Leaves my hair feeling very clean without feeling stripped. Removed product build up and I do find I can lash longer in between washes.

Love this shampoo. It really helps remove product build-up on your hair and therefore allows your hair products to work more effectively.

The clarifying shampoo is amazing. Some clarifier’s not only clean your hair, but strip it of your natural oils. This I find doesn’t. I can easily use this, and add no conditioner afterwards especially when Im getting my hair coloured the next day, and my hair doesn’t feel dry at all. It easily removes product build up, without all the harshness. I’ve been using this for years now and will not use any other clarifying shampoo.

I've been using this shampoo for years, and I simply won't use anything else. I have very fine hair and shampoo two removes all product residues without stripping my hair of the natural oils. This product leaves my hair lovely and clean and doesn't weigh it down with unnecessary moisturisers. Highly recommend.. Oh and it's great value too as you don't need to use very much 👍🏻.
