Got these and charged them overnight. Only one piece worked. also only held a charge for 10 to 15 minutes

Great Customer Service
Try it, I would say very good. I do not use them for sports, so I can not say in this case how they work. The sound is clear, balanced, with full bodied bass and highs that do not displease. The design is very nice and clean

off sync
when listening to music it’s fine, but when watching videos it’s not in sync with the video. it’s late by a second or two, but you can obviously see the difference

They are easy to operate.
Perfect earphones, for a modest price. Extremely easy to pair with the various devices. Excellent sound quality and good quality of the speaker. moreover, in not too dispersive environments the headphones do not lose signal and the connection is maintained.

Battery usage time is really low
Seems like I charge it and get only one day usage out of it or less. Unless there is more details about the battery life or how you charge it. Maybe it is staying on in the case but the directions are not clear and so far I am not so excited if I can't even depend on these to last even one day with occasional usage through out the day like when I am walking or want to listen to music while I work.

Dont waste your money
Last approximately 1 month before the left earbud stated making this horrible screeching noise that wouldn't stop until the battery ran out (even trying to shut off manually didn't work). Too bad, sound quality was pretty decent up to that point. Larger than the official Apple version so look kind of funny while you wear them.
