Invest in Quality for Long Term Reliance
I absolutely love them. I have used rings before, but with just regular straps and industrial grade toothed steel clamps instead of the carabiners and loops of this product. I was so happy to see this product which negates ANY sliding or wear and tear that would occur over time with the toothed clamps. Also, I am paranoid of muscular imbalances or injuries that would come from using rings that may slide when they are supposed to be secured, and with these rings they will never do that! The quality that comes with the price is totally worth it (the 25 percent off was icing on the cake). Tested for over 1200 pounds, the strength and quality is absolute. The company is so sure of their product, that they have attached a LIFETIME GAURANTEE to it.Con - The only thing was that one of the rings had a bump inside one of the steel ring, not huge, but big enough to be an annoyance. This is the ONLY reason that I give it 4 stars. Preferably, I'd give 4.75 stars if I could.Uses - I use these for dips, push-ups, or other exercises to confuse the muscles with the instability of the rings.

I really like that this set is very strong and the straps ...
I really like that this set is very strong and the straps are nice and thick and safe. Just be sure to get the appropriate mounting hardware and if you're not sure how to install the mounting hardware correctly, get a professional to help you install them. DONT mess around with your safety and DO IT RIGHT. You can also throw these straps over a pre-existing bar.The straps are height adjustable with loops sewn into them for a carabiner. I mounted these on the ceiling studs in my bedroom with 2" eye loop screws so I can get more arm workouts in throughout my day. Between this, my pull-up bar, and pushups, my arms and more are good to go.

AMAZING rings and straps for the cost!
I use these in my home-gym and looped them around my squat rack's built-in pull-up bar rather than mounting them to the ceiling. The straps don't slide up and down or give at all. They feel very sturdy and high quality and they also look nice.Tip: The metal rings have hundreds/thousands of tiny little metal pellets inside of them and they also have a small hole on one side that those pellets can be dumped out from. Open the ring's packaging outside or over a garbage can so the shower of metal pellets doesn't get all over your floor. Then shake the rings out with the whole facing down to get all the remaining pellets out of each of them.Three things I'd change about the rings/straps, but not big enough issues to remove a star (they really are great!):1) The straps aren't numbered so setting them up to be equal heights takes a little eyeballing and a tiny bit longer to adjust them. However, the positive trade-off is that they look a lot nicer without the big bright ugly numbers on them that some other brands have. If I could make one change though, it would be the addition of small subtle colored numbers (like dark grey). You only need to see the numbers when you're adjusting them they don't need to be seen from across the room or gym the competitor brands make them.2) The excess strap material could really use some sort of management system. I flop it over the top of my pull-up bar they are hanging on or take a binder clip and clip the excess to another part of the straps. Maybe another carabiner specifically to pin the excess up? Or a small velcro ring or something could come with them.3) For a first-time Olympic Ring newbie, like myself, it would have been really nice to include installation instructions/tips for both ceiling mount and looping them around something like a pull-up bar. It took a lot longer than expected to figure out the best way to loop them.Minor issues, but I'd be willing to re-purchase these to get these three improvements if a new and improved version were released.

Highly Recommended!
I ordered these so the wife and I could work on our upper body and core strength. The rings are high quality, and are sanded to a soft, comfortable finish. Best of all the straps are heavy-duty and easy to adjust by simply moving the clips to the desired position. Also, we knew that our six-year-old would be interested in these when we got them, but never imagined that she would spend all her free time playing, "exercising" and coming up with all sorts of routines she is eager to show off to friends and family. Turns out that installing these rings was a great for the whole family...only problem is that the kids love them so much, we might have to order another pair for mom and dad!

These are great rings. The straps however could use some improvement
I was looking for metal rings. These are great rings. The straps however could use some improvement. Some of the stitching increments are off slightly. and the carabiner clips are just hot garbage. The one opens about 1/4 of the way and the other opens about 1/2 of the way. I really liked the idea of carabiner clips instead of friction locks, but the way these function makes adjustments a PITA. If the clips worked properly, and if the increment stitching on the straps were even, these would definitely be a 5 STAR item. It would be nice if the straps were also numbered, to allow for faster adjustments.

easy
I have a set of conventional rings and straps in the house. They are such a pain to adjust. So I got these for him to use at his playground at work. He reports that they are very easy to adjust. He has to set them up and remove them every time he uses them, as the playground is outside and subject to theft. That operation is a bit more difficult so we had to get carabiners for easier setup and knockdown. He likes wooden rings better than these metal ones, however, because he doesn't use gloves. I'll replace rings-n-straps with with these ones.

The only reason for the 4-star rating as opposed to ...
The only reason for the 4-star rating as opposed to 5 is because while the strap adjustment system is very secure, the lines are not numbered and the carabiners are tiny bit too large, so they can get stuck on the adjustment slots. When hanging the straps, you'll need to line the two straps up together to make sure they're even.
